Great Value hotel with a smile”
My room was cosy, clean and comfortable, the toilet was clean, white tower. There was no A/C but it was cool enough with the little window in the toilet open (plus you get fresh air!). I enjoyed the breakfast at the comfortable sofa with blue jazz music and ejoyed a fresh coffee in the morning at the Dalat Green City Hotel. ... The staff was very helpful, frienldly and spoke pretty good english, they arranged the bus ticket for us and make sure we get in right bus. Tv was great with lots of tv channels which kept us entertained after 10pm when most places close for the night. You could walk to the town centre in under 5 mins which was really convenient. Very enjoyable stay in Dalat!

Wounderful hotel!”
I had a beautiful stay at Dalat green hotel, we stayed for 2 nights, unfortunately we were unable to stay for any longer due to time constraints but this is where I would come back to. I is located a short walk away from the city center and restaurants and very easily found. I booked it from the reviews others have left and have not been disappointed. The hotel is very relaxing with a calm reception. Breakfast was not a buffet but quality food and plenty of it, fresh bread rolls, eggs of your choice, cereal or fruit salad and bananas, a perfect start to the day. We did not have a fan or a/c in the room, we didn't question this as we did not require it. Very attentive and helpful staff.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, great hotel!”
We stayed just one night in Dalat and in this hotel. The rooms were spacious, WIFI was working well, nice bathroom (asian style, but enough for not totally making the toilet soaked after showering), no shampoo however (for me not a problem and I am not sure whether the maid just forgot), the staff made breakfast half an hour earlier specially for us as we were heading to Ho Chi Minh City early and this breakfast was wonderful (western/english style) and we very much appreciated it! Only "con" is that the matrass was quite hard. I would choose this hotel again if I were to stay in Dalat. Very clean and good location!

great hotel, room big + very clean + modern + comfortable + wifi. bathroom clean + nice + modern + bath tub + hot water on demand. breakfast one of best i've had in year of traveling (go early if you want it hot). location bit of a walk to market and lake, but with stuff around. not the cheapest i've found in vietnam, but the cheapest i found in dalat. owners curtis and tuay are great.

Clean Hotel with friendly staff”
Dalat Green City is located on good location, not far from night market and surrounded by local food shops. Room is quite big and comfortable, also breakfast is fair for price. Also staff is friendly, u can ask about travel information and good restaurant.

More like a boutique hotel”
Once checked in, the front-office girl showed us to our room. Room was clean and well-kept. The bathroo/toilet is rather large. Hot water is readily availble. There is no airconditioner as the weather in Dalat is ideal, very cold. However, one snag is that no referigerator in the room.

Clean and big room and service with smile”
when i booked green city hotel, i was a bit worried about the noise at night but it's not bad as i expected. i could sleep very well. the room is big with 2 king beds and clean. the ladies at font desk was very friendly and the breakfast was very delicious. it's a good choice to book this hotel.

Small hostel with great value!”
The staff were extremely friendly and very thorough in their welcoming us to the hotel. Our room while small was clean, comfortable and had all of the features we needed - free internet, TV, a comfortable bed which wasn't rock hard, a nice clean bathroom with shower heads. Breakfast each morning was a delight - a choice of eggs,french toast, fruit, cereals and toast for the less adventurous. All were cooked to order and were of very high quality. The coffee was hot and so good! I was initially skeptical of this hotel due to the low prices it charges. But having stayed here, we will definitely be back and recommend it to all of our friends.

OK, don't rent anything from them”
i stayed here over the recent weekend and i rented a pos motorbike from them which they charged me 250k vnd for per day. they claimed it was because of the holidays and their motorbike supplier charged them a higher amount; translation, they gave me the foreigner surcharge. also, to get a handful of clothes laundered, they charged me nearly $3 us, which may or may not have been a fair amount for dalat. bottom line, i rented a new bike from another hotel for 150k vnd per day and their laundry rate was quoted around 15k-20k for kilo. the good parts of the hotel was it was a nice hotel and the customer service was great. however, when they charged me the extra charges. thus, the hotel itself is nice, but be won to use any of their services.

Small Room”
room was too small for 6 adult persons because our baggage but we pay only 45 usd for 6 persons which acceptable for us. bathroom is big with bathtube but no curtain to protect wet on the floor when shower in standing. 6 persons you can imagine for next person. hotel has no elevator. breakfast was good with baguette, omelette(like thai omelette) or 2 fried eggs, coffee, fruit juice( we had strawberry juice) and banana. we left on second day at 7 am with sandwich, oj and banana that you have to tell front staff in advance that what time you leave. hotel open at 7 a.m. (they close the front door at night). staff was friendly that you have to tell what you want. such as when check in towel, bath soap and champoo prepare for 3 persons so she gave 3 more and when we asked for change the next day so they did for us.

Great staff, great location”
Anybody that has issues with this hotel probably has issues with every hotel they stay in. Great location and great service. Very accommodating staff who let me check in way early and check out little late to cater to my schedule. Clean room. The only problem was there was no butt sprayer which I have grown accustom to traveling around SE Asia. Don't let the haters fool you !!

Large rooms and great service”
This hotel was centrally located, no more than 5 minute walk to everything you would want to see in Da Lat. The room was large and clean. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were invited to have a free breakfast when we arrived at 7am, the breakfast is a large buffet. Be careful if arriving early in the morning though as the hotel keeps the shutters closed until 7am, we sat in the cafe next door from 6am.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Small but comfy room. However ther is considerable noise from outside that did make it hard to sleep. Good buffet breakfast - one of the best breakfast we have experienced in South East Asia so far.

Simple good hotel ”
Our stay here was only short, the room was very basic no aircon or fan but you didn't really need it as our stay in dalat it was actually cold, had to wear a jumper. Not much to say about the room pay for what you get, the staff I found struggled to speak english but tried very hard to understand. In the morning we had to leave early and unfortunalty there breakfast (which is included) doesn't start till 7:30 so we missed out but the hotel staff kindly made us a takeaway breakfast; a bottle of water, banana and an egg baguette, simple but it was nice when they specially made it for us at an early time.

A few issues, but the actual hotel was OK”
We booked into this hotel because it offered a free breakfast (as stated in the room comments, which has since been removed and they now charge), however on check-in we were told it was extra. We refused to pay and stated it was one of the reasons why we chose to stay with the hotel. After a call to the manager this was resolved. The second issue came when we went into the room. One of the other reasons we booked this hotel was because of its inclusion of a bath tub, this is apparently also wrong...! We asked to change to a room with a bathtub, only to be put in an IDENTICAL room on the third floor (still without a bathtub). This is when we noticed the drilling and workmen upstairs (in the floor above). Brilliant! We asked to change back to other room but apparently there was now a problem with that room (the bed was broken...), 10 minutes later we were asked whether we wanted the other room. Yes, please. The last issue came upon checkout when we they tried to charge for the bottles of water that were, and I quote 'complimentary'. This was stated in the hotel guide in the room. All in all, the hotel was good, actually a nice stay, but dampened by the issues we had while there. Its worth noting that of the rooms we saw, every room had two small double beds, AND THERE IS ONLY ONE ROOM WITH A BATHTUB!!! Keyword: inconsistent!
