Kind of a quiet place, because located on the mountainside so the view looks safe and sound. 5km away from the city center is not the problem. Full services like laundry, breakfast, bike, clean. Good at decoration.

The room was filthy. When I asked them to clean the room they apologised and made an excuse it’s because they were too busy and had to rush. It’s not an acceptable excuse in my opinion. Especially when we paid almost 1 million vnd for 1 night. The room needs to be renovated as a lot of the decor is falling apart, especially in the bathroom. The room is not sufficiently soundproofed as we were staying in a room next to the lobby and were awoken by screaming kids at 8am. The day time staff were friendly but the nighttime staff less so. A few nice things to say: comfy bed and lovely view and balcony. For the price you can stay in luxury air bnbs. I recommend you stay elsewhere.

Not worth staying. Old facilities that seriously need upgrading. Specially the TV. Cheap 32" TV with scratches all over the screen. Hot water did not work so well. Bathtub was extremely small and they merged shower and bathtub into one. the shower was installed too low that I could not stand while showering. Staff was just OK, not that friendly at all. They did not clean the room properly, there was dust on bed and over the curtains. At least this hotel got a really nice view, soft bed and pillows. The location was only acceptable. Overall, this hotel did not worth the price.

Only positive from this is that the view is nice. Staff was bad and not caring or helpful. We gave them our motorbike helmets to store for us for some hours and they carelessly gave it to someone else and lost it. One night, we came home and our room door was broken into, the lock and door was broken and we couldn't lock our door afterwards. Not sure who tried to break into our room. Room was kind of dirty and service not good. Location is ok if you ride motorbike, thought it is still far from the center of town. If walking it is far and tiring because there are many slopes and hills to walk to da lat market.

Best thing about this hotel is the view of the room. The breakfast is great too, though we got 3 huge roaches in our room. First day, one tan out from our towel basket. The last day 1 was crawling on our headboard, I was really scared and asked my husband to pull the bed out in case there’s more roaches, which there was! It’s like a whole family there. They certainly can do a better job cleaning 😅. Other guests check in early in the morning and walk back and forth in the hall and keeping their door open and speaking for the whole floor to hear. Even after asking them to keep it down, the volume slowly returns to what they had originally. Staff should really remind guests and monitor that on cameras for the comfort of other guests.
