Overall this hostel was nice and homely. Some staffs in reception didn't speak English quite well but the owner managed it well. There was a small inconvenience related to a shower as I remember, but the staffs took immediate action so that I could use another shower room. Would probably stay longer if there were more travelers. The place itself is very welcoming and accommodating, I recommend!

Superb staff and service”

Stayed here for 2 night while I was travelling in Dalat. This place is new on the market, quiet and within walking distance to heart of the town centre, everything is decorated to its best standard, made me feel like being at home. I was treated to a family dinner when I arrived on the first night by the host Steven and his lovely girlfriend, the staff here are fun and super nice, good English, easy to communicate, was offered a clean towel and breakfast with local baguette like bread and coffee. The dorm and toilet are clean with hot shower, silky pillow and duvet cover definitely helped me relax better. There is no air con because u don't need one here, the weather here in dalat is quite unique from the rest of the Vietnam, if you happen to travel or bypass here, an extra jacket and long pants seem to be necessary, local people wear jumpers and winter padded jacket. The Dalat Warmest Homestay is one of the best places I ever stayed with for this trip, to every extent of the services.

这是一家新的hostel，设施很新，床单、被子、枕套的材质都是滑溜溜的那种很舒服😄唯一不足是床单太滑了导致枕头固定不住。其他的都很好~因为是刚开的，入住率不高，但是阿姨把卫生打扫的跟家里一样，一点都不敷衍！房间里有独立厕所，水温够热，大叻比较冷，能冲个热水澡真的太舒服了！还提供毛巾，洗发水，沐浴露，吹风机。前台的小哥哥和小姐姐特别热情，尽可能的提供一切帮助！他们帮我打电话跟汉咖啡那边商量来hostel接我，小哥哥说车会在湖那边等我，到时候他会带我去找那个车。现在在hostel大厅里等车接，忍不住来好评一下。这里的服务真的做到了宾至如归。包含免费早餐，虽然我没有吃，我要走了，小姐姐还拿了两瓶水说作为gift，好可爱，sooooo cute！在大厅里坐着的时候阿姨还有小姐姐会帮忙倒姜茶给我，真的舍不得走啦！希望warmest hostel的生意越做越好！
