            strategic location, room comfort so so”

            location, view, location

            The resort is expensive with respect to the service its provided and the resort 1 star label. The only service you can experience is the guarded , the cleanliness is so..so.. maybe due to its location is next to forest. However, the resort should provide insect spray in the room. Complained to the hotel about its towel, although new, but it does not perform as a towel, the towel not able to absorb water. The resort does not have phone in the room, the hotel number out of office hours, nobody pick up. We tried to call to get direction, since waze is giving the wrong location. The resort situated middle of pecan merbuk, the some road to the archeology museum.

            Lovely and Relaxing Hotel”

            Hotel is in fruit Orchard.

            The hotel is far away from town.Check in at the counter with a smile and fast check in. The room is big but only one king bed, It should be a family room with two king bed. Cannot expect much value for money.Get ready for cold bath in the morning.The night is very cold as the hotel is on the hill and surrounded with trees and jungle.The river is very cold even in the afternoon.Must have own transport to buy breakfast and dinner.The town Merbok closed at 9 pm.

            Near fresh and clean river

            Even it (chalet traditional)not provided air-cond but it still cold at late night and early morning. Furthermore it has cold and clean river to get fresh bath in the morning until afternoon. Overall I give 9.5 out of 10
