HIDDEN GEM”
Okay, so I was very nervous about this because we've been to Orlando a zillion times and have never heard of it. I discovered it in desperation for a place to stay for a last minute trip for my family of 6; my hubby and me and 4 young adult children. The resort is exactly like the pictures but I would like to caution on a few minor things; (1) although customer service was phenomenal, I would never have known that I wasn't set to go had I not contacted them. You must sign some documents before check in (2) getting into contact with customer service was very difficult. The number to them is not clearly apparent on the web under any search. (3) The gate code box is on the resort exit side of the entrance gate (4) The resort is extremely small. (5) There are 4 pieces of equipment in the gym and (6), my biggest peeve, which it clearly communicated, is that not all units have the one queen size bed. The accommodations would be so much more comfortable if there was a queen bed in one of the bedrooms in each unit. Overall, I would definitely recommend Damai Resort!
