Good. The apartment very clean n cosy, suitable for family short stay. Ms Mawar, the staffs very polite n helpful to guide me on check in n check out process. Except the bedsheets, blanket n pillow has black stains and out of 3 lifts only 1 lift can b used cos 2 of them under maintenance during my stay.

Very spacious and clean. No complain for room. Location is good, close to LRT USJ7 station, very convenient. Owner is helpful, but no staff to work here. Self check in and out. Just follow the instructions. No free packing ya. Overall good. Thanks.

Not Perfect but Good”
The apartment was as advertised, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a washing machine and dryer. It was next to the Da-Men Mall, with eateries and supermarket. We were initially assigned to Tower B, Unit 12-12, but on arrival, were told that someone else had checked into that unit. We were then given Unit 22-08, but was informed that we might need to move over to Unit 12-12 for our last two days. Thankfully, we were then informed that we need not move. The apartment was generally clean but not perfectly clean. The shower head in one of the bathrooms was not working well. However, in general, we are satisfied with the stay and would not mind going back again in the future and would also recommend this place to others.

Co-located within DaMen Mall. Basement Mall parking (can overnight) (but ownself pay). Got supermarket (Jaya Grocer), got subway, KFC, coffee bean, starbucks and many more within the mall.

Booking place 4 days in advance. Check in details and payment request only send thru email on the Check in day. No reply at all after payment transfer to the host. After 2 hours later only get the host contact no from Agoda Customer service. The host push the responsibility to her staff. The host did not help me to solve the check in problem immediately after 2 hours waiting at the lobby. And tell me cancel order and refund my payment.

Bed not sure got clean I got itch sleeping on it I saw others hair on the pillow. I not sure they properly clean it Very pungent smells!!!! Management did not whatsapp me anything on that day even until 4pm, i have to call them personally - it was on my wedding day somemore, totally frustrated Not going to stay there again.

My booking for 14-17 December was cancelled and they said they are going to refund my booking for which I have paid. I’m still waiting for the refund. I have no choice but to find alternative place to stay

Deposit is needed ”
They said they needed deposit of RM200 and they insist you to make payment and then i check out on tues and I have to make reminder to them to refund my deposit. So If any of you are staying there will be deposit charged.
