when I looked up a hotel in Agoda and I put 1 room, 2 adults and 2 children, once of the results was a "Junior Suite" in Dan Eilat hotel which I've reserved, once I got to the hotel I realized that the room is not fitted for a family and then we had to move to a different room and pay an additional cost of ~100USD. as for the hotel, once confusion had been cleared it was as expected.

Dan Hotel Eilat”

My daughter and I stayed at the Dan Eilat for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. An added bonus was being members of the eDan Club so we got goodies in the room and special attention, which was very nice. The massage we had in the spa was also excellent. The breakfasts were delightful. I would recommend the Dan to anyone who wants a nice pampering holiday.

One of the best hotels I ever been. Best location, few minutes walk to the beach and the resturant center, Great hotel with alot of things to do, 2 big swimming pool, big and nice rooms with great service and the food is incredible really delicious

5 stars hotel with issues ”

I do not know if it's just coinsidence e, however I will start with the issues I was having with a night stay. 1. The hotel shuttle from and to the Ramon and as far as I see it is a Casino, you may have a place or you may not. Not to mention you mightily wait for over 1 hour. 2. I have arrived the hotel at around 08:00, of course I am aware to the hotel policies of getting the room at 3pm, however while checking in, the hotel reception has promised me to have the room ASAP before 3pm, which never happened, only after talking with the manager, I got the room at around 2:45pm. 3. Electric power loss that I knows may happen but I assume the hotel should know to better handle left me stuck at the elevator for a few minutes. While arriving the Front desk at the reception, no computers. I guess the hotel does not know about UPS. 4. About the rooms: Nice, nothing special. For the good side. Very impressive breakfast and swimming pools.

This is a 5-star hotel that stands by its promise on most grounds. The rooms could be updated but are very big and comfortable. The food in the dining room is very average. A very large selection of not more than fair quality foods.

Fantastic”

Needs a decor upgrade but nevertheless a fantastic hotel. Absolutely loved our time there. The higher floors have the best view in Israel.

Great for a quick, relaxing stop-over or a family resort style holiday :) Beach access and nice collection of pools. Amazing views.

高級ホテルのはずがあまりにも落ち着かない”

ロケーションは紅海に面しており最高。部屋からも紅海が見渡せる。 ただ、余りにも騒がしくて落ち着かない。 朝食会場は、子供連れが多かったせいもあるが、混乱の極み。 客同士が大声で話し、常にレストランは騒音状態。子供の中には、朝食会場で子供用自転車を乗り回す子供や、サッカーボールを蹴っている子供もいる。 子供が食べ散らかしたテーブル上のゴミを親が下に払い落としたり、さらに大人でも歩きながら食べている人が散見される。 順番抜かしや割り込みは当たり前。 テラス席は、食べ残しを直ぐに片付けないので、カラスが飛来して、ヒッチコックの「鳥」のよう。 とにかく、リゾート地(?)でゆったりとしようと考えている人には絶対にお勧めできない。 更に、宿泊したのが土曜日であったことも悪かった。ホテルは厳格に宗教を守っているので、土曜日の夜はシャバット明けでも、ちゃんとした食事が提供できない。 宿泊日や提供できる食事の内容等をよく確認する必要がある。 リゾート地の国際的な高級ホテルということで期待していたが、結局はイスラエル人用のホテルの域を超えない残念なホテルであった。

שירות מצוין.חדר היה עם ריח עובש חזק.היו חסרים כלי רחצה והיינו צריכים להתקשר כמה פעמים לשירות חדרים. בחלק מהחדרים אין מכונות קפה וצריך לבקש מהמלון שיביאו. זאת בהחלט לא רמת מלון שצחשב את עצמו ליוקרתי. צוות המלון מצוין ,ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת
