The best for anyone who plans to watch concerts at Impact Arena”
The place is very near the impact arena but its still a very convenient place to stay regardless. Just a few minutes away from Cosmo bazaar so it gave us lots of choices where to dine and shop. The host who welcomed us is very friendly too. We never had to talk to the owner at all because the place is complete with everything you need. They also gave complimentary mineral bottled waters that lasted for the whole duration of our stay. TV works. Aircon, air cooler, and air purifier works too. Lotsa extra pillows and comforter. We had zero complains at all. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable! :)

It's the best accommodation if you are going to Impact Area. Value of money...great!! Staff hospitality & help...awesome!! Great location too, you can find 24 hrs supermarket across the building.

Highly recommend”
Close Impact Arena if you have a concert (15 mins walk). The building is kinda a local department and the room is sooo cosy. It is spacious and has every facility we need ( even more than need). Will absolutely come back if has chance.

the location is near impact arena, so it's really good if u just wanna go for concert. and there are so many 7-11 near the area so it's also easy to find food. i don't recommend u to stay here if u want to travel around thailand since it's too far away from popular place. the facilities are good, we got microwave and refrigerator. the staffs also nice and good. the only thing i don't like about this place is there are too many cockroaches ;___;

I recommend this room/unit for concert goers in Impact. It's really convenient after the concert. You just walk around 15 minutes and you're already home rather than queueing in a long line for public transportation. There are 7/11s around the area and a 24hr grocery store. There are a lot of factory outlets, too.

My stay here is good but hard to find Halal food. The room is clean but the sink was blocked when we want to use. The owner also first time meet like so rushing…? Overall was good value for money if you need cheap place to stay for couple of days.

Booked to stay the night of the January 26 BodySlam 1-7 concert at Impact Arena. It's only about 6 minute walk from the Arena. There is a 24 hour grocery store about a minute walk from the Condo. Everything went smooth. I have already booked the same Condo for the Green Day Concert at Impact Arena in March.

Very good place for Lodging, but have too much language challenges, maximum peoples are not understanding English language, not available Indian foods, but Fish, Fruits and vegetables are available. Thai food and drinks are available also. Taxi, Grab car and Bus 🚌 available for transportation.
