Staff very attentive, accom dating and friendly. Areas of the hotel are more 4* than 5*, lots of variation in the room style, space and feel-quality. We had an amazing sea view room at the front of the hotel- sunrise and sunset just lovely. Staff, location and room upgrade made our stay!!!

The building is from the 50's or 60's and was renovated in the last decade. The renovation is poor at best and the rooms smell like old carper and stale cigarets. The staff has a certain level of attitude that I have never seen before, in the surface it seems like they are friendly and cordual but there is an undertone if serious attitude, they ask personal intrusive questions that are of no concern to them (not only was I the victim of suck an incedent but I also saw this happen so several other guests). The doorman never opens the door and the maids are busy on the phone. I was there with my mother for 4 days and on the second day decided to get another room which they gave me at full price, the room was non smoking but it stank like stale cigarets and when I complained they did nothing. The next day I had no choice but to extend my room and they said they where sold out so I asked then to put me on a waiting list to see if anyone canceled, the refused and I literally had to beg the manager to get on a waiting list (It's like they were doing me a favour). That's how the whole stay felt and the price for this hotel for a basic non ocean view room (on the street where there is music all night and cars passing by) is 3 times more expensive then the same hotel in any other Capitol city in the world.

התמונות שמוצגות לא תואמות את המצב במציאות! המציאות רחוקה שנות אור מהתמונות המוצגות והחדרים ישנים מוזנחים ומעלים ריח ריקבון נוסף בזאת רשום שגודל החדר הינו 86 מ"ר במציאות אולי 28 מ"ר רק לאחר המתנה של שעתיים מעייפות והתעקשות שלי ששילמתי על חדר בגודל של 86 מ"ר הסכימו לבסוף לשדרג אותי לסוויטה מוזנחת ללא תוספת תשלום הדבר היה כרוך במסכת שכנועים למנהל האחראי מלון לא מומלץ בעליל!

מלוןבאווירה זקנה, לא מתאים לזוגות צעירים. עיצוב ישן וזקן, טלוויזיה ישנה שלא רואים בה טוב. היו שיפוצים בחדר לידנו שהעירו אותנו ב-7:00 בבוקר והמלון לא עשה כלום בתגובה לתלונתינו. התפלאנו לגלות שצריך להוסיף עוד 250 שקל למחיר שילמנו לאגודה! אגודה לא מציינים שהמחיר שלהם בלי מע״מ- הולכה שולל של הלקוחות! האוכל היה טעים אך מגוון מצומצם. מלון ישן ולא ברור על מה המליר הגבוה שדורשים. לא נחזור לשם.

חדר מלוכלך, שירות גרוע ואכזבה רבה”

קיבלנו חדר מלוכלך ולמרות בקשות רבות לא באו לנקות ולא החליפו חדר. כשפנינו לממלא מקום מנהל המלון קיבלנו תשובה תקיפה ולא ראויה. לאחר פנייה לשירות לאורח ולמנהל המלון הוצעה לנו הנחה בהזמנה הבאה. כמובן שלא נחזור למקום הזה או לכל מלון אחר ברשת.
