If you are staying here you better be out partying with all the other ones until 2-3 am… otherwise you’ll hate the noice coming from the street. You won’t be sleeping I guarantee you that. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly

We were there for one night, it was awesome staying at Dang Derm. The staff is friendly, you’re right in the middle of everything, restaurants, bars, weed spots, shopping. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for fun I’m Khaosan.

Dang Derm was great! The lobby is very clean & spacious. The room was also very clean & had that authentic Thai ambience. The beds were on the floor & very comfy to sleep in. The A/C worked well. The bathroom was clean & shower was also good. Asian bathrooms don’t usually separate the shower & toilet areas so some people might be put off by that. It didn’t bother me but you’ll get used to a wet bathroom lol. It’s quiet in the daytime but it can get loud at night depending where your room is located. Ask for a room that doesn’t face the street. It’s a lively street (Khao San road) with lots of street food! The 6th floor Pool/bar area was also very nice. You can relax for a bit in the pool or just enjoy looking out into the city. It was close to many shops, restaurants & tourist attractions (Wat Chana Songkhram Temple & the Coin Museum are <5 min walk away). Phra Sumen Fort, Pipit Banglamphu History Museum & Phra Arthit Piet (Chao Praya River Express Boat) is only a 10 min walk away.

Awsome room, good emplacement, good staff!”
I definitely recommend that place, we had such a good time and the hotel is beautiful! Staff were super friendly and convenient, both of our visa cards weren't working when when arrived in Thailand and they let us go to the room to figure this out, especially after 33hrs of travel, that was super nice. The room was a bit small but very comfortable, we had just enough space for two, and the bathroom is huge! We loved it. Air conditioning was working as well. Straight on Khao San road, we first thought that it would have been noisy because it also had construction in front of the building but turns out, in the room we didn't hear it! The rooftop was amazing too, beautiful pool with a tiny garden, different levels for walking around and a bar on top. We definitely recommend this place! Thank you to all the staff at Dang Derm!

Beautiful hotel right on Khaosan Rd.”
Excellent location if you want to be where the action is ! Great traditional Thai rooms, so that means your mattress is on a platform on the floor. They are very comfortable but if you have mobility problems, you may have trouble getting up. AC works great and breakfast buffet is great. Beautiful rooftop pool. The only drawback to being in the center of the action, is the noise at night. It goes on until about 4am. If you want to sleep, request a quiet room at the back or center of the hotel and maybe pack some earplugs. 😀

Mid party strip ”
Basicly the heading sums it up old skool big rooms dead set middle of koasan Rd .. fill tilt street party happening out the front .. great for shopping and great location ... I wouldn't recommend it to family's or older crew as koasan Rd party's hard nightly and it turned up to 11 .. pool was closed (off season ) but have use at sister hotel DnD across the road .. over all good but hecitc location ..

This is the best accommodation if you like clubbing and partying and crash afterwards. But, not suitable if you cannot take loud sound all night. Room size is great and the plaza has massage centres, laundry and around it you can taste amazing Thai street food.

If your a heavy sleeper this place is great value. The night clubs on the street give you the "under the expresway" experince until the night clubs close. But great location, decent rooms. Oh luke warm water in the showers.

Located right on Khaeson, this affordable hotel is a great way to be in the mix without blowing out your budget. My private room was spacious and clean with a nice bathroom and sink area, storage fridge, water kettle, couch and comfortable bed. The place is slightly dated but clean and comfortable. Very nice staff. Walk out the door and you're in the belly of the beast of Khaeson Rd - everything you want and need is walking distance, including most of the temples and sights to see (Crave right across the street is a nice bar/restaurant for easy/good eats and cheap beer). Tuk Tuk line the streets, but do some pricing homework or use your Grab App to show them competitive costs. The spot can be a little noisy at night (you mostly hear base beats from the music) but it's not terrible and if you're choosing Khaeson you're likely enjoying a pop or two. Dang Derm IN THE PARK Hotel is directly across the street, seems a little more lively/updated but not sure of the pricing.

Loved the location of the hotel...only downside was the loud music.. Khao San get extremely loud in the night and it's impossible to sleep if you are an early sleeper otherwise the rooms were nice

Location wise & near to everything.”
Love the location in the heart of Khaosan road, purposely choose the road side room, enjoy the happening views from the window room even then window cant open (but the bath room window can open). Yes you can hear the noise and loud sound from outside but we okey with it... no problem we can sleep peacefully. The room just nice for two of us, everything there hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, mini fridge, safe box, air con work well but they dont provide iron, troublesome if u want to iron your shirts/cloths for an event. Nice rooftop bar plus big pool & breakfast area. Overall our stay owesome!
