        Just a usual hotel”

        nothing best except the location, the others such as food, room comfort and other was overrated. however this hotel still the best in this area

        not really comfortable since i've come here on saturdaty and they have somekind of show with loud music, so we really can't sleep well. and there are also lots of mosquitos in the room. But the room in dangau resort is big enough even for 3 person.

        So dirty, some stains on the bed sheet/cover, bathroom is dirty, floor is not properly cleaned. It is just a 'no option' kind of hotel for now in Singkawang.

        I don't really enjoy being in the room because there are so many cockroaches in the bedroom and in the bathroom, the cleaning service should have paid more attention to the hygiene of the hotel.

        This hotel provides pool slides, which was fun for our children to play. The location is great, at the street going in and out out the city. The staff were friendly.

        It was a great stay with my friends during holiday. Luckily this hotel not so far away from our town, pontianak west borneo. The gardens were beautiful, peaceful, surounded with very intereting landscape.

        Dirty”

        Staffs are helpful, location is good.

        The room is ok, the matress is comfortable the worst part is cleanliness aspect, lots of stain on our bed sheets, bathroom is not clean, small cockroaches are everywhere, the floor and the toilet are not clean..and on saturday night, the sounds from the pub/diacotheque drove us crazy and we could not sleep till 2am.

        Worst hotel stay ever.”

        the willingness of maintenance staff to come repeatedly to fill the freon for the AC.

        First problem, their receptionist never took booking of extra bed seriously. We came as a group booking 4 bedrooms & had asked for extra beds for our children. They ran out of those for the 3 nights out of our 4 nights stay. Second problem, my parents' & my room's AC were merely blowing air, warm air to be exact. So despite the hot temperature outside, our rooms were even hotter. Kept calling the maintenance & although they kept coming to fill the freon in, it only cooled the rooms down for 15 minutes. And on the 3rd night, the AC in my brother's room also went down the same fate. Despite our many complains, the hotel management couldn't accommodate for.
