Reception very friendly, the one attended to me is Miss Zhen,... Process getting the room was fast.... I requested for room that facing the Main road... Room is clean, theres mini fridge, toilettries provided... And for a 1 starr hotel, they apparently have all the tv channel not forgetting Wifi... Overall, i was happy with my stay at the hotel...

Booked this hotel for 4 days-3nights. Extended 2 more nights!!! Been here before covid and stay. This time round, they upgraded the aircon and TV!!! Still as usual, more TV channels to watch! Cosy bed, nice hot shower. I stayed up to watch all the movies. Awesome. I will be back again soon DARLENE HOTEL!!!

Firstly the hotel is very expensive when comes on weekend (Saturday &Sunday) and Public Holiday as the price is not reasonable for this type of hotel. Secondly, Over the weekend we (Local Singaporean) was asked to check out early (10am) as the hotel is occupying with the transit guest (Bangladesh & Maids) which I think its not fair & never make any sense as we are paying for our stay. As I know Normal hotel check out time is 12pm and check in at 2pm. Thirdly, this hotel should improve on the WiFi connection in the room and also the USB port as certain room the USB port was faulty. Lastly, I ever encounter staying in one of the room and there's a small roaches crawling around the dressing table.
