For the room rate and the location, this hotel offers a decent room for 3 adults. The double room and the single room are separated by a wall which provides privacy. Room is clean. You can find a variety of eating places , supermarkets on your doorstep. Staff is super friendly and helpful especially Pauline and Marion.

We stayed in their family suite with 2.bedrooms and were pretty satisfied with the room size, cleanliness, and facilities. Breakfast food was satisfying and the breakfast area was cozy. Reception staff were also very helpful, especially with directions and taxi arrangements to Paris Beauvais Aeroport which is quite far from Paris. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel. Only downside to this trip is you need to be very careful in Paris. Got robbed twice. Such a pity for a beautiful city. Government and police should do something about their illegal migrants.

Value for money is good”
The location is great. It was near the opera, so when I was in trouble, I came in and rested. Staff are friendly and comfortable. However, the facility is old, it is a shame that it is dark and dull. But overall is good!!!

Just a guys trip who had to make a last-minute reservation and ended with a quality stay. Staff was friendly upon check-in, easy to navigate the hotel, and clean room. Not much more to say since we spent most of our time outside.

I am impressed with the layout of room for 3 adults. Value for money. Clean room , friendly receptionist. Ideal Location with many good restaurants nearby and supermarket. Area extremely safe to walk at night.

this is my second stay in this hotel and surely wouldn't be the last. the location is near Opera metro, many restaurants around the hotel, the staff are friendly. and i especially enjoy the breakfast selection.

I highly recommend. Best location 1 min from opera and close to everything by metro. The hotel is so clean , staff are so professional.. very good option to stay in Paris and discover the good part of it.

The rooms were quite worn, which I could overlook but the Wifi was hardly working, basically only works at the lobby but if you are in your room, forget it it's terrible. This is a huge problem for business travelers who need to check their email 24/7. Also the sheets werent very clean, they threw towels and all on the floor and wipe the floor so just beware.

The hotel is located at a strategic place. Easy transportation to and from the airport using Roissy Bus. Metro station is really close too. The hotel rooms space is good enough but the cleanliness level is not really high. We stayed there for seven nights and a couple of times the room was not cleaned at all.

We booked this hotel for 2 rooms. The location of this location is very nice. It located close to Opera station. Walk just 5 minutes. It's very easy to use bus from the airport direct to Opera. Also, easy to go anywhere by Metro. It's very close to famous tourist attraction. MOreover, closed to Shopping area. The location is perfect. Room is ok, reception is nice, but the electric on the walk way always turn off. I think they want to save electric. Next time if I plan to go Paris, I will go back to stay this Hotel again if the price is not increase.

The room is small but the bathroom size is large enough and comfortable. A large LCD TV, a safe, and a refrigerator are provided. Complimentary Wired or WiFi Internet is available. Access to the hotel from the Airport via public transport could either by bus or train, but I prefer the Roissy Bus which has a station beside the Opera which cost less than Euro 10.00 and three blocks away from the hotel. I would say the hotel is at the heart of Paris since it is about 100 meters away from the Opera, 200 meters from Galerie Lafayette and Place Vendome, and a 10-15 minute walk from Louvre or Place dela Concorde. The hotel offer Euro 15 breakfast, however, I prefer the restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity.

Hotel is about 45 min by Riossy Bus from CDG airport, near Opera Garnier. It is near metro station Opera. Everything is near. Hotel is quite old but clean and tidy. Rooms are quite small, but beds are comfortable. Good service. Interesting place in the city centre. I recommend it! Have fun!

the hotel was very close to the opera station, therefore, it was easy to get on the metro and go anywhere. it's a very easy walk to the louvre as well. we were very impressed with our triple room since it was my husband & i along with my little brother. we basically had our own rooms! the room is spacious & the beds were just like home. after traveling to spain & italy (where they have very firm beds) we were ecstatic to have comfortable beds. there's a mini bar if you're tired & need something to drink but it's 3 to 4 euros per bottle. we walked to the monoprix down the street (towards the louvre) and picked up snacks & beverages for our stay...a lot cheaper. the only thing that i would fix about this hotel is the shower needs a curtain! we managed but there was plenty of water on the floor. also, there is only 1 elevator for the hotel, which sometimes you have to wait a while. overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel & would definitely stay here again.

Small reception area is the only downside of the hotel. Superior double room was big (for Paris, where most rooms are very cramped) and clean. Was surprised about the separate toilet and bathroom. Friendly reception, helped us out with a wine opener at 2am.
