Crazy busy and zero service
This hotel can accommodate close to 2000 guests. The staff are overwhelmed by the shear numbers of transient visitors. They couldn't care less about the individual because there are simply too many people in and out on a daily, weekly, monthly yearly basis. I felt like I needed a holiday after the stressful experience of staying in this hotel. Breakfast is a survival of the fittest experience: queuing up to enter, to get a table, to get food, and forget getting waiter attention. Getting in an elevator is also fraught with difficulties - hordes of people trying to get on, pushing to get in, then stopping at every floor with more people trying to aqueeze in. On a brighter side: the staff in the spa were friendly. I had a 50mins remedial massage and it was heavenly. Forget catching shuttle bus to Dead Sea ... its a short 5 minute walk. During summer get there by 7am or 8am. Its too hot during midday hours. And by the afternoon it's like getting into a cup of hot coffee. For an overseas traveller the pool is quite an experience with music blaring and entertainment of dance and song competitions between families. The accommodation was clean but old. It was a cheaper rate than other hotels, so my experience was to be expected.

Relaxing
Spa pools were great, not crowded at all. Room was comfortable with big balcony. Grounds are beautiful. Staff makes a lot of effort to please. Dining room staff always busy working hard cleaning tables. It would have been nice to have the ability to make coffee or tea in the room.

Nicht eine Nacht geblieben
The free Wifi
Came, saw (5 different) old and not well kept "Deluxe - Seaview"-Rooms and left to a better Hotel. (Bathrooms are the worst, with rusty bathtubs and sinks. No Wifi in the rooms, that worked. Broken tables. Awful food buffet..I can't even find a Star of those supposed "5", when closing my eyes.)

Disappointment!
Prime location, big potential, big room
Severely disappointed from actual neglected, most dirty, unprofessional staff. There is no connection between the pictures and recommendations! The room we got was full of dust, contaminated Services, Carpet with leftover food and feces of birds on the balcony! Neglected pool. The Breakfast was OK. Holiday cost us a lot of money, valuable time and aggravation.

Worst hotel staff in 50-years old world travel.
Leaving, leaving and leaving.
In all of our 50 years of international travel, we have never experienced the rudeness and general inefficiency of the entire staff. From the non-existent bell staff, to the desk, waiters and even the janitors, we were dismissed as if we didn't exist. If this is David hospitality, I prefer to stay home.
