Ocean view, Location”
Dawn Beach Hotel is close to Geumnyeonsan Metro Station. Exit 1 or 3. If you have lots of luggage then take exit 3 with lif and you will need to walk down the slope all the way by passing one cross junction with traffic light. Till you come to second junction (T junction) and starbucks on your right side. Then cross the road and walk straight till you see a car park with a small booth and a cafe on your left. That is your hotel. You will see Vietnamese restaurant below the hotel. Reception is on 2nd floor. Ask for top view that facing the ocean. But most of the rooms that facing the ocean have a pillar that blocking the full view of the ocean! The room is spacious with full of the necessities, hair dryers, cups, shampoos, toothbrushes and kettle for tea. There is NO safe and No cupboard to keep your clothes! One thing I found it strange is the cleaners come to your room to clean on daily basic even thought I put up the notice on the door that DO NOT DISTURB! Yet, they still came in on daily basic to clean and tidy up your room. Even though, nothing was taken from my luggage but I still felt uncomfortable with my ipad, and some of the petty cashes were left in the room! Nevertheless, it is a good hotel that close to Namcheon-Dong that has lots of cherry blossoms! The reception opens 24 hours and you can borrow umbrella from them during rainy day.

Good hotel in a good location”
A great time staying at Dawn Beach Hotel. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable and clean. There is a convenience store, bowling alley, and restaurant in the hotel. The location is also very close to the beach and a bunch of amazing restaurants, bars, and craft beer breweries. The staff very friendly, informative, and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional”
Dawn Beach Hotel has great location. Gwangali Beach is just a minute or two away on foot, and the subway station (Geumnyeonsan) is a five to seven-minute walk away. Both the room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

Nice Ocean View”
Booked standard twin bed with ocean view and given a nice corner room facing the Gwangan Bridge (Diamond Bridge). Nice view and spacious room for 3 people. Bathroom floor will definitely get wet as there is no shower screen. Just be more careful when coming out from the bathtub. There are only few hangers, so bring your own if you are traveler who like to hang clothing instead of just leaving inside the bag. Note that there are only 3 hooks for hanging. On Friday and Saturday, there might be performances near the beach and there are many eateries around the area. There is also a direct bus opposite the hotel which bring you directly to Busan subway station instead of walking to Geumnyeonsan subway and change at Seomyeon. The bus ride takes around 25 minutes which the bus stop alighting is just opposite Busan subway station. The only surprise was that the hotel customer service did not even ask for my passport for verification as showed them the print out of the agoda booking confirmation. Not sure if this was during the low peak season, therefore they trust you are the correct person making the reservation. Overall a pleasant stay and will consider staying this hotel again.

it's a very good hotel”
The hotel is like 50m away from Gwangalli Beach, a lot of cafe, pubs and restaurant in close vicinity; overseeing the beautiful Gwangan Bridge at night. However it's not so easy to find the hotel at the first time as the main entrance is facing the street uphill from the beach. The main lobby is on second floor and first floor there is a Vietnam restaurant. It takes around 10 min walks to/from the Geumnyeousan Subway Station - it's even further from the Gwangan Station.

Excellent”
Our stay at this hotel was awesome. It's near to the Gwangali Beach and you can watch the Diamond Bridge from the hotel's window. The room was spacious and even there was a table that you could make a candle light dinner. Our baby was also enjoy staying at the hotel. She loved the bath tub so much. If I come to Busan next time, I will definitely come here again.

Great location”
The Dawn Beach Hotel is set in a great location with only a short walk to the beachfront which has numerous restaurants to choose from. The rooms were a good size as well. The staff were not very friendly but were still professional. I would stay there again just for the great location.

This hotel is well placed for Gwangalli Beach and all the cafes, bars etc. Also a 10 minute walk to the Busan Metro. Good sized room. Recommended.

Great for Ocean View”
Luckily we went there by using taxi because there was no sign of Dawn Beach Hotel in English on any part of the hotel building. Its only available at the front door and the lobby. There should make it visible from far like putting it on the tower. The receptionist is not really well versed in English but the manager does. Yet the check in and check out was easy and fast. The room was standard size with queen or king sized bed. The best part was the view of Gwanggali Beach and the bridge direct from the window. That was very cool indeed. But the downside was that the room does not provide you with the teamaker or even a catle and it surprised me as I thought that is normal for hotel to have it. But luckily they have the boiled water provided at the cafe near to the lobby. Overall, it is a nice hotel but have to improve on the amenities and service quality.

Best View of Gwangan Bridge”
Very nice stay in this Hotel because we get the ocean view where we can see the beautiful Gwangan Bridge. The interior of the hotel is like the usual luxurious type and the standard double bed room has enough space but there is no cabinet ( I think this is common for all hotels in Korea) and no free coffee and heating thermos

Great Hotel, but dishonest in the booking”
Even though I reserved the hotel for 3 nights, the only gave me the room for one night. Then, I had to move to a different hotel. However, they still charged me for the 3 nights at their hotel. Agoda did a great job helping me sort the whole deal out. Now, the other hotel they had me go to was very nice, but still it was annoying to move.

Vacation”
This hotel is very conveniently located. It is just steps away from the beach and a short walk to the subway. I would definitely recommend getting a room with the sea view as the Gwangali Bridge is a spectacular sight to behold at night. The beach itself offers a ton of restaurants and bars and there is almost always some kind of entertainment at night.

Beautiful sea view of dazzling Diamond Bridge”
We were delighted with our ocean view room on the 6th floor. As mentioned in earlier reviews, the hotel has been recently renovated and the lobby area wasn't quite finished, but no worries. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Gwangalli Beach is a good location with lots of restaurants and bars looking out on the beach.

Nice hotel”
Stayed here for 2 days with my girlfriend. We arrived in the evening and the first thing we saw when we entered the room was the great view of the lit up 'Gwangalli Bridge' in the night. The staff was helpful altough their english was sub par. The area around the hotel is very good, there's cafes, bars and restaurants along the shoreline, which is only 100m away. Closest subway station is also within reasonable walking distance (200-300m). We went here in the the winter (end of nov.) and we still had I great time. I would, however, suggest going to Busan in the summer, for obvious reasons. One area of the lobby seems to be under renovation (altough there's no staff working on it). Previously there was a cafe, now there's only empty space.

Excellent view of the beach and bridge”
Nothing too fancy about this place. Worth the price if you are looking for a good view. I usually travel alone and stay in cheaper places but this trip was with my parents so we got something with a view. My mom enjoyed the comfort of the bathtub and my dad liked the view and proximity to the beach. Overall we were pleased with the comfort provided here.
