Hotel is not as Expected”
Location is literally far from anywhere. Rooms are badly maintained. i wouldn't recommend a stay here.

Rooms are reasonably clean. Atmosphere cold but no heaters in the room. Thick blanket provided. Water heater not working and I was told to use another room. Staff very helpful.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The owner of the property (Nishanta) was charging us for dinner that we ordered at the facility in US dollars because we made the reservation through Agoda, which is ridiculous. This was a rip-off for food where we had no choice at 8 pm on arrival.

disappointing experience ”
You will get a stunning view if you are lucky to get a room towards the mountain range. No hot water to my room. Bath room is smelly and no ventilation provided. Food is tasty but quantity is less. management is operating the hotel with a minimum staff and end up messing up the Guest Experience in a big way.

Terrible stay - will rip off foreigners wherever possible”
We were very disappointed by our stay here - the view is amazing and the value seemed good but the staff were manipulative and tried to charge extra money wherever possible - and given the isolated location we were forced to oblige (extra costs for food, forced tips for all staff, extra costs of tuktuks and even tried to charge double for rooms). Despite being advertised, there was no wifi, the common rooms were filled with staff at all times so not possible to spend time in, extremely loud noises were made from 5 o'clock am every morning preventing sleep, the beds were hard as rock and, despite paying western prices for breakfast and dinner - vegetarian meals were not catered for. The one low point in what was a wonderful trip to the area otherwise. --

Stunning view in the middle of the hill country”
The hotel was lovely. Highly perched on a hill with a view of Adam's Peak, World's End and many other mountains. This is a stunning place to relax whilst in the hill country. It is not very close to many of the more well known which is also to its benefit. Dinner is available in the evening & is amazing. Dharma is a fantastic cook. We were really happy here but do note that if you are wanting to be near Ella it is not as close as it may seem due to the windy mountainous roads. If you want to fall off the grid in Sri Lanka (literally as wifi was not working) then this is the place to do it.

موقع ممتاز ولكن طاقم عمل وموقع سيئ”
وصلنا الفندق الساعه ٣.١٥ تقريبا وكان الفندق متسخ ورائحته كريهه والغرف المحجوزه متسخه انتظرنا حتى الخامسه للتنظيف اما بالنسبه للفطور فهو سيئ جدا فقط قرص بيض ومربى بالنسبه للموقع ممتاز واطلالته جميله والحديقه جميله ولكن المبنى سيئ جدا

Komfortowy odpoczynek z pięknymi widokami”
Ładny, komfortowy i kameralny hotelik (jedynie kilka pokoi) w doskonałej lokalizacji, z dala od miasta, w otoczeniu drzew i pól herbacianych. Obiekt bardzo zadbany, zarówno wnętrze, jak i otoczenie zewnętrze (piękny ogród z dostępnymi leżakami). Jedyny element do poprawy to łazienka, która wymaga jeszcze drobnego remontu w celu usunięcia śladów po wilgoci. Mimo to jest czysta i zadbana. Wyjątkowo sympatyczny gospodarz, który osobiście dogląda hotelu w ciągu dnia. Dodatkowo istnieje możliwość zamówienia kolacji, która przygotowywana jest na miejscu przez świetnego kucharza, serwującego pyszne lokalne specjały. Obsługa była niezwykle pomocna - pomogła nam zorganizować wycieczkę i transport. Miejsce godne polecenia!
