June traveler”
It was an interesting stay. Pride festivities all along Colfax. Awesome neighborhood. Food and bars near by. Shady characters but those come with every big city. Hotel employees were amazing. Had trouble with my ac and the cleaning lady installed me a working one.

This is "Terrible undercover COP" hotel!!! Be careful everyone or these cops will SHOCK You through the walls and floors with who knows?? Especially the access they have to everything! Especially if they don't like "You"! Or anything your doing, I guess. I woke up with a bigger swollen jaw also a ear ache. I know it was them because we seen them on all sides of us in 208, 207, and 106 Then when I hollerd it out loud I got shocked again. This is another reason we DON'T "Need" cops. Anymore They continue to do whatever they please to a black woman & to my 14year old daughter. So who can I tell this story to that will investigate this situation, really that will believe us too?? & about "them"?? Of course, no one. Exactly. So now I'm hurting in my mouth, but now it just hit me... how would they target my mouth, unless they have cameras in my room & bathroom? SMH I think we will just check out now instead. SMH..... Pathetic bad- undercover cops. Smh....Terrible.....

Welcome to cracktown”
the hotel was ok, for a cheap hotel. The endless screaming crack addicts in the alley was something I could do without. Literally saw them smoking crack. Then a man and woman crackhead got in a fight. Another screamed violently across the road. Not a safe area.

the worst place of town”
too many things went wrong: I did not know it, but it was the worst place of town, homeless and junkies shouting all night long The first 2 days the internet did not work The 3rd day there was no warm water They get pre-aproval from my debit crd by mistake of additional $350 which blocked my account. It took me few days to figure it out, and then it went away because they did not actually charge it, but they did not admit at anything. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Nice for the price, you get what you pay for.

Good if you’re not picky ”
The room had stains and odd smells. The price did not reflect the quality of the hotel but the location was conveniently close to many Denver attractions. We only stayed for one night and I’m grateful it wasn’t longer. If you’re not a picky traveler this might be tolerable for you however I don’t recommend staying there alone. One good thing is the staff seemed very friendly.

Old & Run Down”
There’s good reason for the low price. This hotel is pretty run down. I anticipated as much, so I wasn’t surprised. Lesson learned that you get what you pay for.

Worst Experience”
Pulled up with gangs of people surrounding/hanging out cars as if this is what they do regularly. Check in was easy. Went to the room and found hair everywhere in the sink and in the bed. I immediately told the staff and just told them I do not trust my rental car out there around 25-30 people smoking and drinking as if the parking lot was a night club.

Don't stay here. ”
Opera music from a neighboring location plays ALL night and is super loud. The beds are wildly uncomfortable and just a thin blanket. 😐

Shadiest Hotel in America Award goes to...”
This hotel was the worst place I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. If you want to be kept awake by gunshots, people screaming, sex at 3 in the morning, and random people knocking on you door at midnight, this is the hotel for you. I cannot speak for all the staff; however the one woman we had was by no means friendly. The hotel is clean enough, and the price seems like a value. But seriously, shell out the extra 30 bucks or so, and find a place that you are less likely to die in.

Horrible location ”
This hotel is very close to downtown, too close. Lots of homeless people on the streets surrounding hotel. The breakfast was presented in small trash can liners (really) !!

Did not feel safe”
We walked in and the staff was immediately rude and short with us. Wearing masks makes it difficult to hear people as it is and the woman at the desk mumbled and sped through talking to us. We asked her to repeat herself a few times and she ripped off her mask and practically yelled at us. The room felt stale and unsafe. Location was quite uncomfortable. I would recommend the AC Marriott Hotel over this one.

DO NOT STAY HERE”
There were tons of vagrants just hanging around outside the hotel making you feel uncomfortable and unsafe to walk out . The breakfast was an apple yogurt and muffin in a grab and go bag and they ran out of breakfast for day two because the employee stated he forgot to make more bags. The halls and rooms were dirty the one bed had comforters the other bed only had sheets.

Terrifying ”
Without a doubt the worst location I’ve ever stayed in from a safety standpoint. My Door backed up to a dark alley off of one of the worst streets in Denver. The latch to my lock had been busted, presumably from a time where someone didn’t make it out of this place alive. If the sound of sirens and squealing tires lulls you to sleep, check this place out. My sheets were covered in hair and hadn’t been changed. I asked for new sheets because of this and had to change them myself. No discounts offered to me for doing the cleaner’s work. This is the type of place where you don’t feel comfortable walking around on the carpet with your shoes off, for fear of needles or picking up some sort of funk.
