Great Room at a Low Price”
Booked two nights using Agoda. Lowest price in Greeley, Colorado. So, my expectations were low, too. What a surprise! Location was on Business 34, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room, though small, was fully equipped, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. Breakfast featured waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy, coffee, milk, juices, and pastries. The TV was programmed so that all the local Denver stations were easy to find. A pleasure to spend the night at a great price!

Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was great! Not your typical continental breakfast. Rooms are cleaned daily and roomy. So much to do within location. Well lit and felt safe. Will stay in future.

I put that we had three people and they only gave us one bed. I thought I was going to get one bed ”
I thought we would have one bed and a sofa sleeper. Instead we only had one bed. Had to go to the receptionist to get another bed. They charge us $10 more a day for two double beds

Don’t let the rating fool you”
I saw this hotel was only rated 2 stars, so I was very hesitant to book a room. I only needed a room for one night nothing fancy didn’t want to spend a lot of money. I tried to view the rooms but there was no pictures to view. So I booked the room for a discounted price! Great deal and for the money I paid the room was great! Checked it out for bed bugs (not taking that home with me) none were spotted, however should probably vacuum a little better. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean very white.... gym was nothing to write home to mom about. All in all great place to stay.

I was very disappointed. The thing I noticed right away was the smell of the hotel and the condition of the carpet in the halls and rooms. Very stained and actually hadn't been vacuumed in a few days at least and were not vacuumed during our stay. I try to give the benefit of the doubt, however the place was just dirty. My room was just so,so. The bathroom was clean, but there was overlooked trash in a drawer and the floor was just filthy. Even something sticky and oily that was very gross when I stepped on it with my bare foot. The beds......I wasn't sure the beds had been changed. At closer look I could tell the sheets were clean but the mattresses were in such poor shape they were sunk in on one side which caused the beds to look disheveled. One was so bad I was poked by a spring all night. I slept in the other the bed the next night, it was better but still worn out. I can deal with some things, but the gross sight of the carpet and the smells were too much.

If you have no other choice”
Well, the hotel lacks amenities (i.e. gym is basically non-functional), rooms aren't cleaned well (as demonstrated by leftover food found in the fridge), and I wasn't even provided a wifi password/login upon arrival. I tried calling to the front desk to ask about wifi and no one answered. Painful

Bait and Switch!!”
I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds. Arrived with my daughter for a college visit and they had given our room away. All they had left was a room with one full size bed and a pull out couch. The room smelled like smoke, in a “100 % Smoke Free Facility”. Definitely not a great night’s sleep!

Clean, quiet stay”
The room was clean and quiet for our one night stay. Location was good. Hallway carpet could use little cleaning. Breakfast options consist of waffles, oatmeal, cereal, packaged pastries, boiled eggs, fruit, coffee and juice. Overall our stay was good.
