It met our needs”
It's a very basic, no frills place to stay for a night or two while we were in town visiting family. You get what you pay for but we felt it was in a safe area and did not have any issues while staying there.

Thin walls, lots of highway noise being so close to 81, thin mattresses, no breakfast.

You get what you pay for (I guess?)”
The hotel did not appear to be clean. The elevator stopped working (fortunately, not between floors). We found a roach crawling on the wall. The fridge and the microwave were unplugged. The A/C and iron did work properly. This was the least expensive hotel I could find. I should have spent a few bucks more for something better.

Okay for the price, I guess”
I didn't expect a lot from a hotel this cheap, but it still seemed underwhelming. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean. The linens seemed clean. The floor of the room had some sort of white (powery?) stain on the floor. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was a disappointment. There was an okay selection, but the scrambled eggs and sausage were pre-made and frozen. Not that it really matters, but I'm pretty sure that the "artwork" on the walls in the dinning area was from a Subway. If I had to choose a hotel in this area again, I would pick a different one. It's probably okay if you are on a strict budget, but if you can, spend a little more and stay somewhere nicer.
