Rooms are big and clean... bathrooms are on the small side but that's how a lot of places are down here. I have a hard time falling asleep with lit cigarettes in my hand but days inn has your back as the rooms are all Non-smoking. Hah!

I read a LOT of negative reviews, but really it wasn’t that bad. The rooms were huge, the beds were comfortable, and everything worked. There were some things that could have used an upgrade, but all in all, given the location I’d totally stay here again. It definitely wasn’t a “resort”, but for being right on the beach it was worth it to me.

Sunday. There was a cigarette butt in our bathroom when we got there and was still there when we left. Dirty towels were not picked up. Breakfast was almost empty of everything and no one refilling anything. She was at the front desk talking to another worker. Sorry place to stay. Would never stay there again.

We reserved a room for 2 nights. I asked for a king bed, no smoking room, ocean front. When we got there, we had to pay a $15 resort fee IN CASH!! There was nothing said about paying additional money and this was not a resort at all. In our room, there was a king bed but the room stunk to high heaven and the toilet flushed real slow. The bathroom was so small, you could barely turn around. I went back to the office and complained. They said they could 'upgrade' us to a room with queen size beds and oceanfront for no additional charge. We got to that room and the only thing good about it was we could see the ocean from the balcony. I was going to call for extra towels, there wasn't even a phone in the room. The second night we were there, I saw a couple of bugs scurring across the floor. The hotel is very outdated . When you get on the elevator, you feel like you are going to fall through the floor. The parking was terrible. Every time we would leave, we had to go 'out' through the 'in' side. This was just a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I am actually going to ask for a refund.

Please be advised this location needs many upgrades. 1.No safe inside room- for valuables 2.HVAC-is out dated-based on the new HEPA laws and the A/C is facing inside a wall 3.Bathroom fixtures and appliances are outdated- microwave was burnt inside-prior to renting the room 4.Facade-has many deteriorating items-carpet in hallways and staircases along with corroding asphalt and stucco in parking garage-not to leave out the mildew smell inside the rooms.5.Door and window safety facts- window does not open and no screens for ventilation 6. Musky room 7. Rust on the ice maker and inside the room -clothes hanging pole. In closing-the maintenance staff was very helpful, unfortunately based on my experience in traveling -Days inn needs an complete renovation, and this will upgrade your future clientele.

Still advertising breakfast and was told upon check in breakfast not available. Coffee maker was subpar. Bathroom exhaust fan not working. Elevator did not show sign of being inspected and was very noisy. (Cable, pulleys)

I had a 2 bedroom room and each had a queen bed. Nice. It had a door to the balcony with ocean view. Nice. We had a stove, kitchen sink, microwave and small refrigerator but it needed to be defrosted, nothing fit in it. I did not like: no parking space; no lights on hallways nor balcony, not even next to the elevator; the rooms were cleaned but so unmaintained that I was worried that roaches would show up. Elevator smell soooo bad; doors in the room made a lot of noise that I thought they would break. NO BREAKFAST! The advertisement says free breakfast. I was not expecting to pay for breakfast. I should’ve been reimbursed.
