Agoda - very bad service from agoda side. We have requested queen bad and something else on apps they dont Give / Inform to the hotel. Hotel - overall all good and satisfied Location - bangla road walk 150/200 meter only. In middle of hotsport in patong beach. All place just walkable. Environment - if u can sleep with noisy this hotel not suitable. My room just near the road. So will heard some music and transportation sound. Although i come during songkran so extra loud. Cleanness - all in good also. Nothing issues. Staff - very helpful. We request for decoration they help do it. Also give us to late check out even though their hotel fully booked . Price - depends on timing. Sometimes other good hotel more cheaper than this. Somethis this hotel have good price. On my side i just get good reasonable price on songkran festival. Other hotel near same area i have been stay last time got the price double expensive..

The pool area is very hot from 8 am to 5 pm. The chairs at the bar counter too big. The umbrellas are too small. The bar counter can have better shelter decorated better and have more small tables and smaller seats to enjoy with someone. The billard table can be brought to the gym area. That area can also be modified with better fan and portable air con. The cleaner wiping towels look not clean. Sudden heavy rain and windy spoils sitting at the rooftop area with roof leakages. The breakfast is the same. Just for info royal paradise with 350 baht they give good breakfast buffet with endless consumption of favourite items. Lobby area slight thai music pse throughout the day to welcome guest. The travel agent infront of lobby counter removed and placed with better sofa sets for guest waiting area. The staff talking can lower voice at times noisy. Cleaners wiping should put up close sign and wipe. People walking when they wiping. Security at night can attempt to stop outsiders entering to dirty the toilets and entering to share rooms as found passing card to enter room.

We had a nice time, rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was big and great for a group of us with nice service from the bar staff. Reception staff were helpful too as we were in a room next to a generator. They moved us with no fuss to a much quieter room. There were 20 of us and it suited us really well. Fridges in the room - very useful! A few things that could improve - you have to pay for late check out unlike a lot of the smaller more independent hotels. You get 1 toilet roll - feels a bit ridiculous in a room for 2 having to go and ask for another one when there could be a spare! breakfast was very average. Only having 2 waters in a room for 2 people - not ideal in this weather.

“Comfortable with an excellent location”
I was very happy with my stay at the Days Inn. The location is excellent for walking to the nightlife and for shopping. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The AC worked well and the shower's hot water pressure was great. I recommend the daily breakfast option because the hotel is partnered with the adjoining Coffee Club, which serves excellent western style breakfast. Their orange juice and flat white coffee is very good too. The pool isn't very large, but it's refreshing and there were always enough lounge chairs and shade umbrellas.
