Great for a one night stay”

We checked in at about 8 PM. Process was quick and easy. Checked out at 7:15 AM. Appreciated the breakfast, although limited, was open at 7. Right off the highway but didn't notice any noice. We were upgraded to a room with couch and sofa but we weren't there long enough to enjoy it!

HORRIBLE”

Staff was (except for laundry lady and one housekeeper) were very rude. I asked for an extra towel for my wife and I, we got a pool towel which I than was charged 20 dollars for due to my hair color bled on it. We found Bed Bugs and cockroaches. They did nothing about that except tell us we could not extend another day which i didnt want to but they tried to play it off lime it was our fault we had these issues. Never booke here

Pet policy”

They want $100 cash to check in with pet. No mention of that when we booked hotel. They refund money next day, but what a scramble to find an 🏧 that worked. After driving 7 hours that was the last thing we wanted to do.

Really impressed, I don't do this regularly. Good stay rooms laid out well, only trouble was tv. Locked on one station and snowy if not to tired to watch anyway.
