Stayed 2 nights would be nice to clean room or at least clean towels. NO in-room safe, has Fridge and Microwave. Small 32" TV. Convenient location, Hwy 235 and 8th St. 3 blocks away. Straight west of fairgrounds. Restaurant next door, Subs across street, Walmart 1/2 mile North. I would stay again. No issue with parking.

The room felt clean and the layout was good. The king bed was not centered so there was a large open area, which would be good if needed for a crib or rollaway. The TV was surprisingly small for the space. Towels were sparse. There was shampoo, soap and lotion but no conditioner (which seemed like an oversight). It was a good value for $50/night. There were two things that could have improved the stay: ice removal and a better breakfast. There was a lengthy ice patch in front of the entrance. The snow in the outer parking lot was removed, however, there was a 4-5 foot long patch of ice right where the parking lot meets the sidewalk under the entryway. It was there the whole week and it was definitely a safety issue. I was surprised it was not addressed. My other disappointment was the breakfast, which did to improve as the week went on. There were initially no grab and go options. The last day of the week there were bagels and mini cinnamon rolls. There were no lighter options. (To be fair, I am comparing this breakfast to the Days Inn on the south side of town near the airport that had a much smaller space for breakfast, but a much more varied selection which included yogurt, bananas, pb cups, grown-up cereals as well as biscuits and gravy on top of the same things offered at this location.) This is a good location. There are food options within walking distance and there is a Wal-Mart Super Center a short drive away. The area felt safe.

No frills room, ours did not come with a fridge or microwave for $62 and the website advertised breakfast but proved to be nonexistent. Came with a coffeemaker that didn’t work and no coffee, but the clerk remedied that pretty quickly.

Non smoking yet people were smoking and even though I notified front desk it continued. Dog friendly and my room had musty smell, like it had many dog visitors. The desk clerk was very nice. Pool on the cool side.

The crumbling parking lot is your first signal that they are squeezing pennies from rocks. A strange plastic wrap around the front desk--macgyvered covid protection? The room's heater is old and weak, but if you plan ahead you'll be warm by bedtime. The TP is low grade and 1/4 of a roll, so how many other guests have used it? Towels are thin and of the 2 I was given 1 had a yellowish glob that I don't like thinking about. I would not be proud to put my company's name on this property, franchisee or franchiser. I know covid has wounded the travel industry, but this neglect seems to be years, not months, in the making.

We got there at 4 AM, I had been up all night. I was sound asleep, they had the police knockong on my door at 11 am. ALL because they wanted more $. I told the night guy I would be down to pay when I wome up.. It was a HOT MESS!! Booking.com got it all wrong. Then my cc wad hack through them Had a charge from conneticut!! BEWARE!!

The employee that checked us lied about a 50$ hold and instead charged us double what he said. The pool was freezing there is no hot tub. There’s no elevator so if u r disabled or even have a lot of luggage u r out of luck. I will never go here again.

Terrible customer service at the gate. Clerk asked a lot of personal questions about how many people would be in our room when it was booked for two adults and assumed we were trying to get over by providing one towel for two adults. The room was not cleaned well at all along with a used condom on the floor. I could not and did not stay.

Had to pay $100 cash deposit there was no hot water and front desk was unprofessional and said nobody else has complained that it was the same water line as everyone else. When checked out tried to say I ruined the towel but it was previously stained with hair dye and charged me $9 to replace the towel. Front tenant was very rude

The room price was great with free breakfast waffles. Fairly clean, but a bit tattered. If you’re in a budget mode, it’s a great deal, just don’t expect the Taj Mahal. I would stay there again now knowing what to expect.

Upon arriving they had accused me of being someone who had stayed the prior week and would not allow me to check in or get my deposit back and sent me a receipt for it anyways they are shiesty do not stay here!!!!
