Great”
I got a good price and it was close to chessington and legoland. Rooms were very comfy and modern. Wish I had known about the park at the back for kids though. Would definitely stay again! £10 for breakfast and the kids were free. So absolute bargain. Great atmosphere in the reception bar aswell. Very happy place.

Great Overall ”
Stayed a night with a toddler. Friendly staff, free parking, clean room, no noise, all things were topped up and bed was comfortable for a good night sleep.

Suprised on the good quality.”
Has small bar at reception, a pint of ale was much appreciated. Staff impeccable, has ground and first floors, has lift. Downside, we booked a family room (larger)for same tariff but was quite a walk to the room, 46 rooms later. The room was laid out very well, with a large bed and air conditioning. We had the best night's sleep that we've had for a long time (11 hours). Shower is a bit tight, struggle to bend and wash the legs. Overall the room was well above expectations. No valuables safe or fridge.

Staff are amazing but room issues”
Let me start by saying the staff at this location are amazing…each and every one of them, well presented and a credit to the recruitment process. The room (23) unfortunately has some issues, the shower leaked, tap wouldn’t turn off properly, the sides of the mattress were collapsed and the base too small for it. There was a metal base plate from the desk to floor which wasn’t screwed down and ended cutting my foot, hard to notice till you injur yourself, the bathroom fan had been smashed on the front face and wouldn’t work properly and there were holes in the wall nearest the bathroom.

Great location for Chessington World of Adventures ”
Stayed one night and it was ok. Very quiet given the location, but the bathroom smelt damp and musty, and the beds were so soft you rolled off if you were too close to the edge. But location-wise it was great for Chessington.

Above average”
Horrific experience. The reception staff were fantastic. Would never step foot back in this place. One of the nights I stayed I had to move rooms three times. First room - bed bugs Second room- walked in and the bed was unmade and the bins full. Have photos of the vile unclean bedding. Shocking - truly shocking.

Acceptable”
Only clicked the stars to reach this comment box. In fact I cancelled my stay with them more than a week before and they still billed me, and have not yet replied to my complaint. gerald kirby

Does what it says on the tin ”
Very convenient location on the M25 services at Cobham, yet far enough back from the motorway for noise not to be a problem (when the traffic is actually moving fast!). Very clean and pleasant. Staff friendly and best of all the rooms have climate control. I took my dog as I used it as a stop-over prior to crossing the channel, there is a nice dog walking area behind the hotel too with a lake. Finally a big food hall next door to choose from. There is some construction work at the moment, but not early or late. Recommended.

Convenient for London, good price, good facilities, can take your dog too.”
Have been here three times. Convenient for London. Great food court next door in the services. Nice grounds with fountains - great for walking the dog. Staff helpful. I think they should investigate offering a shuttle service to a nearby train station so that guests can stay here, leave car here and travel into Waterloo by train.

Excellent value for money”
Really modern rooms, great location for getting to South London although traffic on the clockwise was busy at 9am. They upgraded me to an executive room without asking, easy access to lots of food and drink places however they are very expensive. Harry Ramsden's breakfast voucher £5.00 - was ok.

WiFi?”
Everything was fine EXCEPT WiFi. The was no G. The only network is BT OpenZone which is totally unsecured. Without disabling ALL of my security cover from Norton through to Google it is unusable and dangerous to do so anyway. My phone was equally useless and I could not get in contact with someone on an inboard flight to Heathrow through using an App....Android 'phones do not like OpenZone....and I won't use it. Under the circumstances Days Inn should not claim to be providing free WiFi. It might be free to anyone foolish enough to use it but it is not a service provided by the hotel. Premier Inn and others provide their own secured network with which one registers

Was everything I expected”
Good budget hotel with many food outlets next door, so something for everyone But you must book through someone other than Pricelin/Agoda who are impossible to deal with. in 50 years of traveling they are the worst I have dealt with, have told TripAdvisor the same thing. Michael Terry

Clean functional hotel”
This is a fairly new hotel attached to the food court of the M25 J10 services . The hotel is very clean providing air conditioned rooms with kettles and hairdryers. The executive rooms have a small bar fridge . Despite being close to the M25 the rooms are very quiet . The beds and pillows are not the most comfortable in the world but are adequate . Reception staff are very friendly and always willing to help out if they can . If you need a clean quiet room I would have no hesitation to recommend this hotel

Exceptional”
It was a very easy place to find after a long drive. The free parking a good feature , as was the free wi-fi . The receptionists were helpful and friendly and the place clean. The room was very clean and everything worked . It was quiet during the night but we were at the back of the hotel and it looked a lot busier at the front. I chose the place because it was close to where I needed to be the next day and I can't fault it for convenience or standard.

Great Hotel but don't book through Priceline”
Hotel was perfect for what I wanted but whatever you do Don't book through Priceline or Agoda. Priceline refused to accept that booking under British Law was with them and Agoda had no real person I could speak to, just robots. If anyone has the decency to ring me, My number is 01395 742015. I have a major complaint that no one is willing to address. Michael

Good Value ”
Clean room with tea/coffee making facilities. Small clean bathroom. Accepts dogs in rooms. Found it strange that there are still smoking rooms in a hotel in the U.K.
