The worse experience ever”
You know it’s bad when an owner gets ugly with you for unknowingly booking a handicapped room. I was given a room that has nicotine dripping down the bathroom walls, after taking a shower the smell was horrible, the smoke alarm was sitting in a drawer with no batteries. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again. It was the worse experience ever.

Beware of hidden fees ”
Although the Wyndham website confirms the hotel is pet friendly there is an additional CASH fee required upon sign in. This is not noted anywhere online and can not be paid via credit card on site. The overall room was fairly clean but had a layer of dust on surfaces.

Room could use some TLC. We travel extensively, my wife always pulls off all the bed linen to check for bedbugs, she found a lot of undetermined debris on one beds pillowtop mattress. I took some to the clerk on duty because I wasn't sure if it was bedbug poop. Clerk said it wasn't and that it looked like concrete and they had some construction workers in lately. Didn't look like bedbug droppings to me either. Luckily, we had no issues that night. I just know that when they change linens, someone had to see all the debris and cannot figure why it wouldn't have been vacuumed off of the mattress.

Excellent location in the heart of Cool Springs Very noisy due to a lot of construction people partying and letting their smelly diesel trucks run constantly. Big gaps in the door to let smell, the cold & bugs in (never saw any but wouldnt be surprised). Faucets leaked, toilet seat looked like it came from a camp ground outhouse. Very limited Breakfasts . Never had orange juice. No other breakfast item except washed out scramble eggs. Go to the Waffle House.

Si es solo para pasar la noche como hicimos nosotros, está muy bien. Los cuartos son limpios y cómodos. Pero se agarran del COVID para no dar servicios que supuestamente incluyen. La pileta estaba cerrada y el desayuno fue casi lo mismo que que no hubiera. Había pan, manteca, café y jugo. Fin. Y no podes comer en el lugar, tienes que llevarlo a la habitación. Dicen que es por COVID pero es para ahorrar…
