Clean and friendly hotel, not far from the Thiers train station, the Nicetoile shopping center, and the streetcar. Air conditioning and TV available. Friendly, helpful staff. No complaints.

This place is in a very good location, it’s near to the main train station if you wanted to do day trips out of Nice. Staff were very nice all through our stay although there may be a bit of language barrier when we tried checking in. The rooms are quite spacious aswell and comfortable to sleep in. I just wish it was a little bit more cleaner especially the floor. Otherwise, pleasant stay and deffo recomment as it is good value for money!

I was accommodated in Deluxe Double Bed Room instead of booked Single Bed Room, that was quite spacious and comfortable with all required facilities. Hotel is close to the main train station and central street. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend this place.

Stayed for one night at this hotel and was much better than we expected. The rooftop has a nice balcony for doing yoga and eating food. Breakfast is not good, but staff are very nice.

Acceptable but had a situation with staff”
The room rate was ok compared to other hotels at that time. But we had a situation with baby cot request and when they forgot to provide it, the receptionist blamed it on his colouge (in the other shift) and told us he cannot be held accountable for his cloouge mistakes.. well, he should tell this to the management not to us. We are dealing with the hotel and internal disagreements is not our concern or responsibly,, they should resolve the situation for us, and not use us as a shield to resolve their disagreements

The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s a short walk to train station, beach, old town and museums. We got a local SIM card so using Uber is very convenient for longer rides such as going to the airport ( costs 21 Euro). Our room is quiet, small and clean. We enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is located near the main shopping area and train and tram station. Walking distance to many places. Comfortable bed and good value for money.

There was a horrible smell in shower room which made me feel sick. I alerted the front desk, who said they addressed it, but it came back again just as bad as the first time. It also would have been nice to have tea (quite standard in all hotels), or to have the front desk help when offered since they did have it in the breakfast room.

Room size was decent, bathroom too small to move around. Door curtains were not closing properly - there was a double door wardrobe, though sliding doors were not working properly. There was a phone connection where the cable was hanging without any handset. Breakfast was ok.. I was charged €8.5 for city tax without any receipt which according to Agoda was included in my booking fee already..

Lack of towels and toilet paper very poor service. Tiny very very dated rooms. AC was cold though. Check in guy Saturday July 21 at 11:45 pm was rude not interested and didn’t want to be bothered. Shocking that a hotel would be employ this kind of person with so many other options.

Nous nous sommes garés en plein centre de Nice (25€/ 24H) et sommes allés à pied à l'hôtel (15 min.) Les chambres sont bien équipées et très propres mais les salles de bain sont vraiment petites. Le petit déjeuner est du type buffet, mais bonnes qualités gustatives et généreux.

On a réservé cet hôtel en se fixant sur les bons avis des internautes malheureusement on a été vite été déçu une petite chambre à 92 € pour un 3 étoiles ? Je me pose la question... chambre petite mais la salle de bain minuscule avec un papier toilette tellement fin qu’on peut pas le prendre !! Tout ça pour faire des économies et on nous signale dans la chambre de fermer l’eau du robinet quand on se brosse les dents !! Enfin ça s’arrete pas là l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas, au niveau de la propreté les vitres étaient sales et la chambre manquait de lumière et surtout le bruit on entendait nos voisins parlés insupportables au réveil et le soir... je ne conseille pas cet hôtel qui mérite pas 3 étoiles son emplacement était bon juste ça d’appreciable, j’ai pas aimé cet hôtel j’aurais mis 20 € de plus je serais dans un hôtel convenable

altes französisches Hotel, billig gemacht aber teuer vermietet”
das Hotel ist nicht das, was man im Internet liest. Das Hotel liegt direkt im Bahnhofsviertel, diverse Abweichungen zum Internetauftritt, ob Parkplatz (man parkt auf einer öffentlichen Straße, wenn man dann dort überhaupt einen Parkplatz bekommt), Frühstück (9,50 € pro Person? man fragt sich für was, 2 Croissants und miserablen Kaffee?) etc. Frühstücken kann man besser in jeder Bäckerei oder Bistro. Es wird viel mehr versprochen als man wirklich halten kann.
