I Would Not Stay Here Again!!”

I chose to stay here for 3 nights to visit family along with my fiancé. I wasn’t looking for some five star hotel, just a clean, safe and quiet hotel. This place was NONE of those. The room was dusty and had a mildew smell to it, along with rust/mold. The front desk/lobby had an unsecured side entrance that led to the rooms making it easy for ANYONE to gain access. Large groups of people would check in past midnight and be EXTREMELY inconsiderate and hold loud conversations in the halls. I made a request for a solution to my issues at the front desk and was met with nothing but excuses by the general manager. Also, not ONCE did I see housekeeping on the premises nor did they ask us if we needed additional linens or toiletries. For the price, you’d be better off paying more and not staying here, guaranteed. Can’t believe Days Inn put their name on this place. Shameful.

Very few amenities”

It's advertising a free breakfast... They lied. They canceled it back in 2020. For me that was over 2 years ago and they've still not started it up again despite the fact that their website still advertises free breakfast.

The staff at this hotel is very friendly and helpful. They can give you valuable information about things around LA and also helpful with telling me about things around the hotel. For the price this is one of the best hotels I could find in LA. The breakfast is a good continental breakfast with a fair amount of options though it doesn't change from day to day. The quality of the breakfast is very good. The only problem I found is that the hotel is a bit far from most popular attractions and it can get expensive if you use taxis to get around LA. The better option is to use a rental car, they have excellent parking for cars. I would definitely stay here again if I travel to LA again.

Our stay at the Days Inn Artesia-Disneyland was above average. The staff was polite and professional , a tad bit slow but still friendly. The room was comfortable, if felt like a studio apartment, it was clean and neat. The hotel supplied all the basic necessities. My only complaint about being in the room are the paper thin was in the bathroom, I could the people staying next to us taking a large dump! Other than the occasional friendly neighborly fart my stay was fine in regards to them room. However the hotel has a sorry excuse for breakfast , so don't get your hopes up with most import meal of the day. Your dreams off a sweet, savory breakfast will be crush by hard raisin bread and stiff half cooked 99 cent store oatmeal.

We had called earlier in the day to ask if we could do an early check-in. The man on the phone said it would be no problem, it would just be a $39 fee. We arrive at 4am and the man at the counter says that we are too early for check in,the soonest we could check in was 3pm that day. He sent us to the parking lot to wait until 3 pm. Frustrated, we called the customer care line, and they couldn't even reach the front desk by phone. She had called them 4 times, and he was standing right next to it ignoring the phone. We then went in again to ask if we could just have another room, since we had just done an 8 hour car ride and it was 5am. He said no, and that it was OUR fault for coming early. My significant other dealt with the man at the counter, since he was just impossible and wouldn't admit that it was their mistake. They finally let us in at 6am, after we had slept in their lobby. In all, it is a nice place but their staff was extremely disrespectful. Definitely not coming back.

Staff was great, the hotel and room was very clean. My husband and I work a lot and like to use hotels as a relaxing getaway. We were not able to relax because the other hotel guests were talking very loud and kids were running away. These things were happening at 3:30 am. We would not stay here again.

Next door neighbor decided to speak loud after 1 am! Called the front desk and they didn’t do anything! Rooms are too noisy and not insulated! Even when they took a shower, you can hear it in your head! Terrible setting! Knocked on his door at 2 am and apparently a drunk man wants to have fun with his girl! That didn’t help! He stayed noisy until 3 am! I wouldn’t go again there
