You get what you pay for”
This is an older hotel which is under new management. The previous owner ran it into the ground. The new owner has yet to upgrade things. Lots of problems. No breakfast. Hallways not vacuumed. But staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Staff was super friendly. Room is clean and comfi. At my time hallway is under renovation, thus, inconvenience and uglyness on that aspect is forgivable. Breakfast is satisfactory. TV is very blurred and limited channel.

Poor wifi”
Mostly everything was good but when we walked into our room it smelled like a funeral home . And we do a lot of work on our computer and wasnt able to do so because the wifi for the actual hotel is better than the wifi that guest are required to use and we were on the first floor and not far from the lobby . Wifi being our most important accommodation , we were not impressed .

Property advertises amenities that aren't available due to remodeling. No breakfast, pool or workout facility as advertised. The staff was pleasant but room wasn't worth the money. Everything was old and out dated. They should have started with updates on the rooms and everything in them before front area. The rooms should have been significantly reduced.

Front desk staff lied about room availability and didn’t tend to flooding toilet ”
This was the worst hotel experience of my life! (And I’ve had lots) I called at ~10:45 PM because my toilet was overflowing and flooding my floor. He said he would have maintenance come “right away”. No offer to clean it or anything. About 1/2 hour later, I went to the front desk and asked for towels and a mop. He said maintenance was on the way and gave me 3 towels (not nearly enough for the flood) and told me that maintenance was on his way. He said there was no mop and did not offer to help clean. He offered I get me a different room but he said he wasn’t sure whether a room was available. I said “no, I can stay in that room”, since I THOUGHT someone was on his way. About 1/2 hour later I went back to the front desk to ask to switch rooms. He said there were no rooms available. Then he asked me to sit in the lobby to wait for maintenance (why not wait in my room?). “No thanks, I prefer to stand right now. Then he asked me to step away from the desk (although I was off to the side, courteous, and not in his face). Then I witnessed another woman come in and ask if there were any rooms. “Yes, 129.” What?!? This was ~5 minutes after telling me that I couldn’t switch because there were no rooms. He blatantly LIED to me!!! Before returning to my room, I told him that I would checkout at 11:45 the next morning. However, at 11:10 the next morning, a man (who sounded like the same man) came knocking on my door, asking me to get out of the room, and arguing with me by yelling through the door. He tried to open the door, but fortunately the security lock stopped him from entering my room. I complained to the new front desk staff on my way out, and she said the man the night before left no notes. AWFUL experience!!!

They were not very friendly upon check in. Saw a few roaches scatter behind microwave. Not very clean and microwave took twice as long to cook. They did have good tv channels I guess.

Price was good, staff was professional, room was clean... however, pool had white residue floating from bromide cleaning as staff said skimmer wasn’t working so I felt it was unsafe for swimming which is one of the reasons we selected this hotel. Also, too much plastic & microwaving necessary for complimentary breakfast when it’s common knowledge both have adverse health effects.

The facility was in very poor condition. There was a blue tarp on the roof as you walked in and the bathroom in the pool area did not close let alone lock. I had young children with me and they could not get on the wi-fi because it was down the entire time that we were there. So they were very grumpy. In order to use the mini fridge and microwave you had to turn on a power strip. The one staff person that I dealt with was very friendly and very accommodating. I could have stayed downtown Indy in a 4 star hotel for the same price. I chose this hotel because it was close to St. Vincent's Women's hospital.

Needs a huge overhaul”
This hotel has potential but needs a complete overhaul. The carpet is falling apart, the shower head was broke and attached poorly. The bed creaked horribly. For the most part the room was cleaned well although there was gum stuck to the ceiling and dirt dripped out from the cracks in the tub surround while showering. The desk chair was peeling and should be dumped. The sheets were clean but dingy. However....the location was great. Road traffic was quiet which surprised me. There are so many dining options around the area. The staff was friendly. The layout of the hotel was cute and had lots of room to sit outside of the room but the furniture and area was run down and uninviting. We did not try the breakfast and the pool was closed. Even though it was fairly clean and warm, it was still not worth $75 night.

Ant infested room, uncomfortable beds, rude manager”
We stayed at your location specifically because you had an indoor pool free breakfast, and affordable rates The pool was never opened The manager even lied and said it was open yesterday but a kid got a pool noodle stuck every employee had a different story as to why it wasnt open It's hard to stay at a hotel with no pool when you have kids The manager was rude when confronted about the bugs in our room we had ants everywhere and even a few crickets even though we never opened our window She said it was because it was summer time in Indiana The beds were extremely uncomfortable When we told the manager we would never stay there again She said good that is not the kind of attitude any manager should have towards its "customer" then she said she couldnt even help us or give us a discount even if she wanted to because we booked through here and not with them directly just do yourself a favor and book elsewhere there are several more hotels in this area

Friendly staff........the rooms had peeling paint, barely working faucet at the sink. The pillows on the bed were lumpy in appearance and in need of being replaced. The continental breakfast was a disappointment. Felt sorry for the staff trying had to make people happy with hearing others who appeared to have rooms with more problems than our room. Fortunately we didn’t have to spend a lot of time in our rooms.
