great friendly service and cozy beds”

Staff was very friendly and helpful, location was great-many shops and restaurants around. Beds were so comfortable. Only down side was that in the shower the water took a while to get hot and it had a bit of an odor to it. I recommend.

i was staying there to go to my college and look for an apartment around there because i just moved from abroad. from the first day, internet(wifi) was not working at all. i asked the staff about it and he said they gonna fix it soon but it never got fixed until the day i checked out, for 4 days. internet was a must for me because i still had no mobile phone or nothing to get information. on the first day, i told the staff that i wanna cancel the rest of reservation if it won't get fixed by night then he told me the manager is gone so ask them again next morning. on next morning, i asked the same staff again if the manager showed up then he said yes but they are calling the network company and it's gonna be fixed soon which never happened for 4 days.i contacted to agoda but they didn't help me at all, either. the room has a very thin, weak door with a slight space between the door and the door frame and the light comes in the room from there. one morning, while i was taking a shower, the house keeping came and tried to come into the room and when i came out from shower, the both internal locks were open!!! they were the ordinary internal locks but not chained ones. there was nobody in the room but i always double lock the door so i'm sure the house keeping staff came in. noise was terrible too... guests talking loud all night and visiting each others with knocking these thin doors...the noise was as if they are knocking my door... oh and safety...anyone can come in to the hotel complexes anytime. the first floor rooms doors are all a few steps from parking lots which is easier to go through than fast food drive through connected to the big street directly. room is very stinky with molds and smoke (but non-smoking room) and water was also very smelly. i never recommend this hotel to anyone!
