Fantastic views great new hotel”
After making it to El Nido from Coron, (in what could be loosely termed a 'boat ' NOT a ferry as was described to me when I bought my ticket ), I left my bags with the coast guard who have a little office at the entrance to the port and were really friendly , I then spent an hour or so trying to find a room, the prices in town are really expensive , over 2500p for a sea view in one of the hotels in the main area, and actually a lot were full ! I eventually settled on Dayunan El Nido Tourist Inn hotel which is to the right of the main town, and port ,(as you dock ), it's a 3 storey new building only open since December 2013 , I'd read the reviews on agoda which didn't rate it very highly, but I thought I'd go and have a look as I was right next to it . I looked at the deluxe and the basic room ,there's nothing too different between them, there both small and clean with comfortable double bed, but the deluxe has fantastic views over the bay and with the balcony to sit on was my preference. At this stage in my travels I'm filtering out the noisy cockerels , but there are some arround the hotel, and it's no use complaining about them as there never far away from any hotel in the philipines , other than the birds the hotel was really quiet, and for the money excellent value. They put out free tea coffee ,(and ovaltine?),each morning and I also had a small breakfast for 100p which they brought to my room so I had that on the balcony ! The young girl that runs this hotel is superb and really switched on , I got the deluxe room for 1850p inc breakfast per night, but the hotel was fairly quiet and it took me a lot of haggling. When I left it was full ! El nido does not have an ATM so make sure you have cash here ! I only had enough to pay cash for one night so had to book a room on agoda for the other .(wifi is ok but not fantastic ) So a really nice hotel on the front,

Hectic 1-day stay at the hotel”
We only stayed for one night at the inn and while we were supposed to check out the following day, we were still enjoying our extended tour of the islands. The friendly staff very graciously allowed us to leave our luggage with them and even extended us the use of their shower room situated at the back of the inn when we came back late in the afternoon. My wife and i are planning to go back to El Nido soon with the kids, and for sure, we will be staying once again at Dayunan El Nido Tourist Inn.

Excellent Hospitality”
We had a great stay at the Dayunan El Nido Tourist Inn. The rooms and bathroom are a little small but very comfortable, clean and has a great air conditioner. The staff was excellent, very friendly, helpful and did an excellent job cleaning the rooms. Location is on the edge of town which makes it nice and quiet but still within a 5-10 minute walk from the good restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Commendable”
It was pleasant staying at Dayunan Tourist Inn El Nido. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Value for money is absolutely one of the perks instaying in Dayunan! I have to commend the staff who are so friendly and so accomodating. Nothing beats real customer service! Kudos to Dayunan! I will definitely endorse you to all of my friends

We really got our money's worth. I cant ask for anything else since we had all that we needed.”
Location is good, it is a few feet away from the port. Even though its walking distance from the town proper, its also very quiet since its not in the main road. We liked that we had a balcony with a view too!(make sure to request this as not all rooms have sea view). Breakfast was okay as well and you get to eat in the roof deck overlooking el nido. The only thing i didnt like was there were ants. Staff were helpful ang nice. Thank you Dayunan! We had a very nice stay in El Nido. :)

Perfect Budget Accommodation in El Nido”
Plus points: Receptionist for us past 11pm after traveling from Puerto Princesa to El Nido by land transfer, location is very strategic and only 5min walk away from the main beachfront for the tour pickups and restaurants, large-spaced room with new AC units, helpful and accommodating staff, wonderful view of Bacuit Bay from the rooftop common area where you'd enjoy the plated breakfast, has genset power for the notorious power outages in El Nido. Minus Points: In contrast to the room space, bathroom is very tiny, shower area could barely stretch my arms in front of me. While the room was clean, the floor felt sticky-wet. Bring your own toiletries, only tiny bar soaps provided, which is to be expected for a budget inn.

Super nice stay a minute away from all the buzz”
Dayunan was great! It's just far enough away from the noise of El Nido that you don't hear a thing but close enough that it takes 1 minute walking to get there. The rooms are clean, air conditioning is strong and the staff very nice. Breakfast is decent and they have water to fill your water bottles. Only improvement could be better WiFi that would extend to the rooms. Right now it's only on the bottom floor and the roof top.

Pleasant stay”
We stayed for 5 nights at Dayunan with our family of 4 and booked a deluxe room and a standard room. The deluxe rooms are at the front of the hotel and have a small balcony with sea view. The standard rooms are larger than the deluxe rooms but do not have a balcony. The rooms are occupied with 2 single beds (can be moved to form a double bed), aircon, led tv and a small cabinet. Power outlets can be used by both European and US connectors. The bathroom is small but contains all you need. Note that there is a problem with the plumbing of the sink in the bathrooms of the deluxe rooms, the pipes don't fit well and therefore the water that separates the sewer from your room evaporates at night. This happened to us the first night and makes your room and the bathroom smell like dead corpses. However, we found a simple solution which I would recommend to all guests: just leave the tap of the sink slightly open at night and there is no smell at all. Breakfast is served at the rooftop, which has a breath taking view. Breakfast is good and you are asked for your choice (pancake, continental, fish, hotdog, tocino or tapsiloc) and the desired time the night before. The hotel is located in front of the sea. On the left of the hotel you find an area with the houses of the locals. On the other side you find a small bridge to cross the sewer (smell is not that bad and you do not smell this inside your room or at the rooftop, just be sure to leave the tap open). The main street and beach where all the tours start are two minutes walking. The staff of the hotel is friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned daily and towels are also refreshed daily. Be sure to check tour C, which is the most beautiful of all tours. In conclusion, this hotel is ok, but (like allmost hotels in El Nido) way overprized according to European standards. If you do not care about the view I would recommend the standard rooms as they have bigger bathrooms and bedrooms than the deluxe rooms.

Heaven on Earth”
Waking up in the morning looking at the beach while the towering limestone mountains are just behind you - one of the best feeling in my travel across the Philippines. The room, facility and proximity are not bad. Their staffs are one of the most friendly and helpful during my all-Palawan vacation. I only wish the neighboring residences could keep the creek beside to eliminate the bad dirty canal odor. Other than that - my El Nido experience is one of the best and that's because of this Inn.

Not fancy, not budget survival either”
Location, IMHO, very good. Walk away from Art Caffee, or beach-side bars, but El Nido is a small town, and this distance really means nothing. On the other hand the gas station is right outside, so if you happen to be renting a motorcycle (we did), it plays just great. Also, you can ride the motorcycle on the wooden pathway all to the main entrance to the hotel, which then feels like they have a private, fenced parking lot. For lots of hostels at the main el nido walkway, you just park on the street. So with a bike, I consider this place actually better off. Yet, the location is not the strict center of the town, so perhaps that is why the price is really really nice. Rooms are small but clean and functional, the water pressure in the shower is acceptable, which was not the case in another hotel in the town, better located and 3 times more expensive - to me the water pressure matters, I was sold. Some rooms incorporate balcony/terrace, these are sweet, we were out of luck, but still no complain. WiFi only worked either in the lobby or on the rooftop, which is where the meals are served. The building itself seems relatively new, the staff was super nice and helpful, the tricycles are still easy to catch by just outside of the premise. Just FYI, to reach Art Caffe, the wal would be 5 to 10 min depending on how you walk (for me it was 5). So yes, it is off the center of the town, but no, it does not matter much.

Great Hotel just off beaten path”
Overall this hotel was awesome at a great price. Included daily breakfast on rooftop terrace with a beautiful view. The front desk girls worked really long hours and were always so happy and receptive when they saw us and helped with every issue we had. This hotel is location just next to the pier and is hidden from the main drag of hotels and is a diamond in the rough. Great to be amongst the local hustle and bustle and only a 1-2min walk from everything El Nido has to offer. Loved this hotel from the cleanliness to location and price, would recommend to any and everyone.

Budget accommodation with a very relaxing roofdeck view!”
Staying in this accommodation for 4D3N is beyond my expectation. I only paid P5,590.54 for 3 nights inclusive of breakfast, so that's P1,863.51 for 2 pax/night with breakfast, which is already a good deal! I loved the room, it's spacious except for the restroom which is very small. But it has a veranda with a small round table and two chairs for you to relax from a very tiring tour or island hopping activities. One of the best experiences I can say in this accommodation is when you are having your breakfast at the roofdeck, it's very relaxing, facing the calm ocean of famous El Nido beachfront, it feels like detaching yourself from the toxic world you're living and cleansing your soul and taking the best fresh air on earth while eating your free breakfast at your own pace. The only thing that needs improvement that I can think of is the lobby smell, it's not very welcoming, so I would suggest to have this Glade automatic spray to keep the area fragrant. The service of staff is good.

Great hotel option in El nido”
Was a great place to stay, very clean and comfortable. Many other places are cheaper but then you only get a small bed in a tiny room with a fan that barely works and probably no shower. THIS PLACE, however, was a proper luxurious experience. Although the room was quite small (el Nido is a tiny place) it was of very high standard. Located to the west side of the beach it is very quiet and roosters won't wake you up at stupid'o'clock, overall a great experience and I will stay there again when I go back to el Nido.

Bang for your buck kind of place”
The place is not your top knotch type of hotel but who needs that when your out the whole day island hopping and exploring places in el nido right? I love how cheap the place is and with the free breakfast every morning, the rooftop is a nice place to chill at night and if you like to astrophotography or night shots then this view would be awesome. The rooms are small but thats fine, bathrooms are for like hobbits tho haha but that was fine for me also. Love this place. This would be my go to place when i come back to el nido next time. Oh and the place is quiet too.

Convenient beach hotel”
The stay at Dayunan El Nido Tourist Inn was pleasant with friendly staff and it was a new hotel of only a few months old. The electricity cut-off daily betweeen 6am - 2pm was most uncomfortable, as one can't sleep late and wifi service was also affected. The hotel could have provided a generator to solve this problem. The shower head and water pressure was not appropriate for an adequate shower as it was like trickling at times. Breakfast can also be provided at the rooftop as most of the other hotels have that too. Otherwise, the good location was pleasant as it was only a few minutes walk to the restaurants, bars and other sporting activities and island hopping tours.

Awesome place to stay”
What this hotel may lack in mod cons of a larger more expensive hotels it more than makes up with genuine hospitality and customer service. They are extremely accommodating and helpful when it comes to making a visit to El Nido a trip of a lifetime. Highly recommend staying there and will definitely stay there the next time we return to El Nido.

An uprising star”
As the inn is quite new and the staff unexperienced exspect some teething. However, the staff is open for ideas and suggestions so simply tell them what you want done and they do their best to get it done. The house is located at the west end of El Nido beach beside the port. You are not right next to all the bars and restaurants with sometimes screeming music but all is within walking distance. The roof terrace is the biggest plus of this hotel. We booked a twin room. That room is (too) small (10m2) for 2 average westerners; and with luggage it is nearly impossible to move around. the private balcony is good for 1 person. we asked the staff for the biggest room and there is a "family room" with 2 twins and one queen size bed. the room can not be booked online and you need to negotiate the price. it has no private balcony but that room is great. laundry: too expensive!

The location is close to El Nido island hopping pier and clean room.”
The locatioin of this hotel is hidden by the main road, but most of the tricycle familiar with this hotel, just a short walk through the wooden path way from Milangrace Inn. This location is in the town proper, convenience place to go for island hopping, food and easily get the transfort to go amy where, tje price depend on your bargain skill. I love the roof top, nice place to relax and the view is amazing. This area also canget hot and cold drinking water, only simple breakfast is available, out of 3 choices, I prefer pancake and fruit I will stay again if I come to El Nido for holidays because the only cons is that the tap water not clean and the water pressure is low.

Amazing place to stay in El Nido”
First we moved into Katrina Bed & Breakfast and the only good thing about that place was its staff. Unfortunately the rest was hell, so we changed it to Dayunan and were happy. Good location with view to the bay and parked boats. Beautiful roof top with free wi-fi. Super friendly and helpful personnel. Nice clean rooms with TV, shower, some of rooms have a balcony with view to the bay. If your room is close enough to the lobby or roof, you may have wifi coverage. 2 bad things. 1. In family Room (3 beds) in the bathroom we had a pool on the floor caused by wrong inclined floor and rinse hole is higher than water level. 2. Good location is also a bad location, cause next to the hotel you have locals houses, so be ready to be awaken at 5am by a crowd of roosters right under the windows.
