I stay here cause the apartment near to hospital serdang, my dad have appointment there. Pengalaman yang tak menyenangkan. Hari check in, text seller guna no tel yg ada di booking cause seller tak respon dlm apps agoda. Than no tel kat booking bukan no owner, dapat new no bila owner respon dlm app agoda suruh baya transfer ke acc dia padahal dh bayar full dlm apps. Than kena tmbah depo transfer ke acc owner baru dpat details mcm mana nak check in . Rumah kecil, master bedroom okla, bilik kedua sgt sgt kecil and katil 2 tingkat . Tak berapa selesa . Bilik air lantai licin , bahaya utk org tua . Time check out kena buang sampah sendiri and kena tunggu lama utk dpat deposit dari owner . Ape yg best kat sini dekat dgn ioi mall, hospital and senang cari makanan . Selain dari too, mmg experience yg kurang menyenangkan

The check in procedure is troublesome where you need to pre-arrange the payment with deposit. Furthermore there is no instruction to check in until the very last minutes. The place is dirty, the toilet roll provided is totally wet when I checked in.

This is home-stay managed by people under her company. i need to put deposit RM150 (refundable) if we follow the term and condition fix by management. Stay at 27th floor with nice view of sunrise. This is new apartment. Nice decoration and the unit is very clean. Complete with all equipment such as freezer, kettle, bread toaster, microwave etc. Swimming pool also quite big and clean.

一间两间房间的民宿，设备齐全。但是卫生打扫比较差，刚入住时发现很多灰尘和蚂蚁，需要另外打电话给屋主让她派人来收拾。临回时，发现厨里有小蟑螂。清洁有待改善。
