This resort is really fantastic. We had a lot of fun. The villa is good, offers you enough space to have a comfortable stay. The resort has many great places to enjoy your time, with several beaches, kayaking, snorkeling, swimming etc. Good food options. Wish the food court or some other place had full day snacks option but hopefully that will happen. Highly recommend it, our family will definitely be back

Check-in in was smooth and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean but if you are scared of bugs you might want to think twice as we saw a small crab along with a few other insects in our room. Saying that though, the staff came to take the crab out of the room straight away and there is a lot of natural wildlife around so it's not something I'm complaining about. The best thing about this hotel is the location. I'd say it's about 20 minutes or less from all the major sight seeing places and beaches that you'd want to go to. Highly recommended! Breakfast was also great with a good selection of Western and local Japanese food.

Great location, lots of space, perfect for families.”
My wife and I took 6 and 4 year old daughters here for 8 nights over fall break. The snorkeling at tiny beach in front of the hotel is great, and the Imgya Marine Garden 5 minutes away by foot is perfect for snorkeling beginners (no waves). The hotel staff speaks English well. Buffet breakfast has plenty of yummy options. You can rent or buy any snorkeling equipment inexpensively at the hotel lobby. The outdoor swimming pool was warm, even for late October. The airport and Shigira resort shuttle (reservations required) made transportation easy. The villa has 2 separate sleeping areas, and a loft tatami area as a second living/play room. We used the big shower and hot tub every night. I highly recommend staying here for families.
