The room is clean, but it was smaller than expected. The location is good, right behind a street full of restaurants. Also very close to Kamata station.

Kamata area is a good choice for late arrival from Haneda Airport. Easy to check in; all amenities included in the room; new and clean; small but ok for 2 people; check out at 11am, just right for me. I will definitely come back again or check out other APA Hotel in Japan!

Efficient Hotel”

This hotel is located at near to Kamata Station. You can reach within 6minutes from station. All necessary bath amenity has prepared for you. Maybe somebody feel this room is small and ceiling is Low. However, this hotel is bigger than the other same level Japanese hotel.

Okay hotel”

The hotel and rooms were clean but there are certain smoking floors. They have an open area in the middle of the floors where you can smell the smoke from the cigarette. It was an okay hotel. Rooms were small and cramped compared to other small-roomed hotels. It was decent but it was just okay.

Great single room, comfortable and clean”

Great big TV, clean linens and warm hot water running all the time. Provides mineral water every day of my stay. Great location just 5 minutes away from the station. Surrounding areas are filled with convinient shops that is 24/7 and massive areas behind the station for exploration. Kamata station is well connected to the city and easy to access.

there is a great location for this price.so near with the HND airport.it take taxi around 3600JPD. the room is small but clean.the bad thing is the check in time..must 3:00pm

20,000 JPY lesson learned”

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. One night, I lost my balance and fell out from the unstable chair so the chair wheel just hit the wall and caused wheel dent. Below is the hotel manager's response: == Thank you for choosing our hotel in this time. We apologize for providing uncomfortable chair for you. We check the chair but there's no problem on the chair. We will provide another chair for you. You should pay 20000 JP for wall repair according to the wall repair center. Please pay 20000 JP at the front in check out time tomorrow. == When I checked out, they sent a TRAINEE to talk to me. I told them it's not about the price but they failed to provide a safer environment. If it's in USA, I could sue them but it's JAPAN and they have their rule. I just joked about it's already discounted price because they could have charged me for 200,000 JPY instead. I paid 20000 JP and left. It's definitely my fault to choose APA hotel at the first place. NO, thank you NO MORE APA hotel for me.

Location is OK. Food isn't great, Bed is too small. ”

Location is ok because you can go to airport within 20 min by train or go to town within 30 mins. However, I think I didn't have such a great experience staying at thins hotel. First, breakfast is not great when compare to APA in Ueno. There is NO salmon, Yogurt, nice drinks. Staffs didn't properly fill up the empty tray when I try to tell them but just change the tray with something different that i don't want. Second, The bed (Semi-double) is very small and not suitable for 2 people. They shouldn't allow me to book for such a small bed for 2 people.

It will be good to indicate the station direction. Example: 5-8 minutes walk from Kamata station East Gate. Because there are 3 APA hotels in Kamata.
