Motel has almost everything I need. It is conveniently located, not too far from town centre. Has a kitchen for light cooking. Bathroom is spacious with wet area confined. The aircon keeps the temperature comfortable. Car can be parked just outside of the motel.

We only stayed 1x night, but wished we had longer The room and bathroom have had a very recent refit and the finish and cleanliness is perfect. The bed was so comfy after a long days travel. Perfect location as everything is 5-10 mins walk.

I'm kiwi and I took my family back to NZ for a road trip through the country and stopping at places along the way. We stayed at Archway for a couple of nights and it was great. good location in walking distance to Wanaka central, great little playground for the kids and tidy rooms. Also, Mark and Jacqui were amazing hosts.. really friendly like we knew them for years!.. it was a really great time spent there with them and made the time there enjoyable. We highly recommend staying

they had good BBQ grills outside each room. room was spacious and comfortable. kitchen well equipped. big bed. staff was really nice! a little bit outside the city center but as Wanaka is so small, that does not matter so much.

Our stay was fine as we were only there for one night. One thing we noticed was our unit smelt a bit musty when you walked in (think it was number 7 - a studio unit). When sitting outside you could see the spouoting needed mending and we wondered if there was a leak somewhere. We realise it costs money, but the units would really benefit from double glazing. Other than that, it was good and we will stay there again. Staff are always very friendly.
