Negativ: - NICHTS Verbesserungvorschlag: - einmal die Woche das angespühlte Glas entfernen - zudem könnte man das Feeling extrem steigern, wenn man den etwas groben Sand gegen feinen weißen Sand austauschen bzw aufschütten würde! Positives - unfassbare Ruhe da es nur wenige Zimmer auf der Anlage gibt - Zimmer sind riesen groß und strecken sich teilweise über drei Räume mit riesem Balkon - es ist sehr sauber und es wird im gesamten Zimmer ein angenehmer Duft versprüht. - der Balkon bietet Blick aufs Meer, Liegen und einen jakuzzi - dem Zimmer fehlt es an Nichts!!! - man kommt aus dem Staunen nicht raus, da dieser Aufenthalt jegliches deutsches Luxus Hotel in den Schatten stellt!!! - das Personal ist sehr freundlich und behandelt Anliegen und Wünsche sofort und professionell. - privater Fahrdienst spart viel Geld Einfach perfekt und in meinen Augen mehr als ein 5- Sterne Hotel So eine Perfektion des Zusammenspiel von Luxus, Freundlichkeit und Wohlbefinden habe ich noch nie erlebt

Schönes Resort an traumhaften Strand ”
+ Personal sehr freundlich + Strand und Pool sehr schön, Meerblick vom Pool, traumhafter Sonnenuntergang + Shuttle Service jederzeit + Frühstück/Essen sehr gut + große Zimmer, 3 Stück pro Einheit, Eingangsraum, Bad, Schlafzimmer + Meerblick von den Terrassen + Jacuzzi Wanne auf den Terrassen + Abholung bei Ankunft, wir wurden zwar erst 1h dort „vergessen“, haben als Entschuldigung aber eine Massage auf Kosten des Hauses bekommen - für den Preis sollte noch mehr an der Anlage gemacht werden und weniger „Schmampigkeitsfehler“ passieren: keine Handtücher hinterlassen am zweiten Tag, Schwimmweste lag 5 Tage lang unberührt auf einer Liege am Pool, sowas muss abends vom Personal aufgeräumt werden - Preise der Speisekarte: Alles hat einen Preis. So ist eine Portion Pommes / eine Vorspeise genauso teuer wie Hauptgerichte - zu wenig Schatten am Pool. Zwar gibt es Körbe mit Überdachung&Rückwand, diese haben aber nur halbtags Schatten. Es fehlen Schirme zu den normalen Liegen

Das Hotel bietet, was die Zimmer anbelangt, alles was man sich wünschen kann. Das Personal und die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter ist absolute Spitze. Wirklich negativ ist die Tatsache, dass es um den schönen Pool kein Schatten gibt. Keine Sonnenschirme, keine Bäume einfach nichts. Das selbe gilt auch für den Strandabschnitt. Nachmittags ist es unmöglich im Resort zu verweilen, ausser wer sich gerne von der Sonne „braten“ lässt. Aber es war immer lehr....niemand war anwesend...

Perfekte Strandlage”
Das hotel ist etwas abseits, dafür aber sehr ruhig. Der eigene Strand ist ein Traum !! Schnorcheln kann man sofort sobald man im Meer ist, es gibt keine störenden Boote wie an den anderen Stränden und man hat einen fast perfekten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr geräumig. Die Zimmer sind an sich sauber. "An sich" weil die Möbelstücke und Wände etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind und deshalb nicht sauber erscheinen. Den Kleiderschrank und TV Schrank muss man definitiv tauschen. Auch die Fernseher müssen getauscht werden - was dieses Jahr wohl durchgeführt wird. Das Bett und die Couch waren sehr bequem, ins Jacuzzi passen locker zwei Leute rein. Das Frühstück ist nach Bestellung mit einem Menü - die beste Idee bei nur 12 Zimmer-, die Bestellung kommt schnell und ist auch sehr lecker. Man kann immer nachbestellen. Das Personal ist ein Goldstück. Ehrliches Lächeln und alle Probleme/Wünsche werden sofort erfüllt. Die nette Dame an der Rezeption hat uns sogar ihren privaten ipad über Nacht ausgeliehen, damit wir ein wichtiges Fußballspiel anschauen können. Shuttle in die walking street ist kostenlos. Preis Leistung aufgrund Personal und Strand ist absolut erfüllt, ABER für den Preis müssen alle Möbelstücke einwandfrei sein, die Zimmer müssen renoviert werden und gepflegter aussehen, die Minibar müsste täglich mit mehr als zwei Flaschen Wasser gefüllt sein und die Klimaanlage sollte auch laufen wenn der Schlüssel mitgenommen wird. WIR würden definitiv das hotel nochmal buchen.

Nettes Hotel mit einigen Ecken und Kanten.”
Das Hotel ist an einigen Stellen schon in die Jahre gekommen. Dadurch stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht wirklich. Teilweise Schimmel und Abdeckungen fallen ab. Positive sind der schöne Privatstrand, das super freundliche Personal, Möglichkeiten sich Schnorchelausrüstung und Kayak auszuleihen. Weiterhin das Frühstück und die Möglichkeit kostenlos über die Insel gefahren zu werden.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Hotel ist auf der ruhigen Seite der Insel gelegen. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft!

Solides Hotel, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht”
Vielleicht lag es an der Jahreszeit und daran, dass sehr wenig Gäste im Hotel waren, aber alles wirkte etwas lieblos und verlassen. Das Personal war freundlich, aber nicht herzlich. Wir wurden nicht ohne weiteren Anruf vom Pier abgeholt wie die Gäste der anderen Hotels, obwohl der Transfer über das Hotel gebucht wurde. Das Bett war sauber und bequem. Das Frühstück war maximal ok. Für den Preis kann man insgesamt weitaus mehr erwarten.

Great location and breathtaking views. Spacious rooms but could be cleaner”
We really enjoyed the pool and private beach, with free kayak and life vests rental. The view from the room on second row was just incredible, and the jacuzzi was great to watch the sunset and relax. However we did notice the bathroom was not sparkling clean, probably due to the water quality, but still. All in all we really enjoyed staying here and the hotel was quiet, and provided good breakfast.

We had wonderful view from our terrace, easy access to the beautiful beach, and nice free taxi service which we could access to the walking street everyday. Located very quiet area, so we didn't suffer from the party noise. Snorkeling around this hotel is the best! Staffs are very friendly and kind.

The experience is perfect, the staff is very good always helping you, the rooms have good size with a wonderfull view, terrase is pretty big with jacuzzi. Piscine and private beach are great, the beach was protect from the wind so the snorkling was one of the best place of alm the island. I really recomand, maybe 2 things could improved, the breakfast with more fruits variety and a massage table or area so we ciuld enjoy a massage at the hotel.

Great location”
The hotel is located at a secluded place with a limited amount of rooms. Only 12 rooms. This makes it quiet and spacious. We experienced days by the pool where we were alone. Great small children pool connected to the main pool. Made it great for kids. The staff were very nice and helpful. Even when the hotel was fully booked it was quiet. They also have a free taxi service which made it very easy to get around. We will come back!

Peaceful but not so convenient ”
If you look for place to relax, Asara is probably one of the better option on the island with the in-room Jacuzzi. However, it is located about 15 mins walking from the walking street where everything is happening and the taxi cannot drop you off at the front of the resort due to it gets blocked off by private street.

We had an excellent stay here. Their service is exceptionally great! The staffs are very friendly and offer to help you with anything. Everything about this place is great. Nice and private beach with beautiful scenery. What they could improve is the food.

DONT STAY AT THE HOTEL”
cons - late pick up - Far from walking street - inconsiderate hotel staff - room and utensils not clean - dangerous gap at the balcony - rude pool staff chase us out at 9am to clean the pool - 1 small TV to share 2rooms - Jacuzzi not working properly and water pressure low - noisy generator at the hotel. cant sleep. - very steep hotel steps to room and lobby - flies and mosquitoes problem - food are oily. pros. - nice view at balcony

-WE are don't late for pick up and we are waiting you at the immigration. Then your reservation for 3 people but you came for 8 people so we have to change for big car - It about 2 km. from our property to walking street and we also have free shuttle service(8:00-20:50pm) to any place in Ko Lipe even no any resort do as we do. -We always completed check the room before customer check in and we don't have any report from you or other. -We have to cleaning the pool everyday for next customer and 8-10 am. Its the best time because that time for breakfast. Moreover If customer want to use we allow also Finally, All negative things by you we thought because of you dissatisfy for extra charge for 5 person extra. You brought 5 of your friends or your member stay over and use all facility in our property without notify us. All your action are brake the law for immigration.By the way we try ti keep your satisfaction so We discount for you also don't report to police about your action.

Why you shouldn’t choose Asara as a hotel ! Firstly, the staffs are sooooooooo friendly and attentive to your request. They literally replied my Whatsapp msg in 10 secs ! Secondly, the resort is so clean, big and comfortable until we almost missed our boat to snorkeling. Luckily the staff arranged the pick up at our resort’s private beach, so we made it Thirdly, free shuttle service to wherever you want to go, we saved a lot from there. And guess what? Waiting time for each pick up was about 5 mins. Last but not least, Asara has a clean and quiet beach for you to snorkel. So these are the reason why you shouldn’t choose Asara for your holiday in Koh lipe, so when revisit to Koh Lipe, I still can stay there (at least it’s not fully booked) 🙆🏻 Thanks Asara for giving 10 star hospitality ! Will definitely stay there again !!!

Overall a good stay: Pros: friendly staff, great views, quiet area, kayaking and snorkeling Cons: poor road leading to hotel, rocky beach area, trash on beach/sea/surroundings (problem for all Koh Lipe), coffee not nice

Lovely Staff!”
We had a lovely stay at Asara. I cannot say enough great things about the staff. Customer service at its best; Bird, Cha-cha, Naiy, and Naymar were incredibly helpful and kind. My only recommendation would be to clean the private beach regularly. One morning we filled an entire trash bag full from Asara private beach. There was a lot of glass which could be hazardous. With that said, we would totally stay there again.

Good facility poor management”
Staff was nice and friendly but I have seen no manager. Facility lacks of maintenance. Breakfast is below average in terms of quality expected at such price (110eur/night).
