I came during peak season and have to wait until around 2.30 pm (more than 30 minutes waiting) since room was still under cleaning. Fortunately, my son can go to the pool while waiting. One cup was dirty with coffee stain. I asked room boy for cleaning the floor and extra towel for mat and he came so fast. Excellent service. Overall it was a nice experience in Aston. My input, during peak season perhaps you can manage the room set-up time by increasing your staff number, or else And perhaps one day you can expand your pool or equipped it with some child things facilities hehehe. Accessible. Surrounded by malls around the vicinity. Many food options. U can take the damri bus from airport and if u dun have luggage, u can alight at the bustop right beside the hotel. With luggage, u alight at the last stop which is the bus terminal. Its a short walk to Aston by the back alleys

Here's some good things: 1. Extremely polite staff, all of them. 2. Clean room, comfy. 3. Near the CyberPark Mall which has KFC, Solaria, McDonals, Cinema. 4. Fast check in. Things I wasn't happy about: 1. Their food is full of beef, very less chicken and seafood (I don't eat beef). Even 2 out of their 3 spaghetti serving was beef. Ordered Chicken (western) at their lounge on 16 floor (the only chicken among all the beef food), the Chicken came with a source that included beef, super disappointed but they replaced it. Level 16 lounge service was super slow and poor although staff was polite. 2. Their Level 1 cafe serves breakfast and opens till 10pm. Food is boring and not so tasty. 3. There's a small cafe at Ground floor but its super hot (inside) and full of mosquito at night. Also very limited power source to charge your laptop. Wifi doesn't work well on laptop, limits connectivity on VPN. 4. Housekeeping entered my room twice despite I put up the DON'T DISTURB SIGN.

Great variaty of breakfast and they taste good. Good location, clean room and bathroom, but you still can hear the traffic outside in your room. Very small fitness centre with old equipments. Friendly staffs but very slow. I asked a toilet roll, and had to wait for an hour after made 3 phone calls.
