Die Zimmereinrichtung sah auf dem Foto sehr gut aus. In der Realität schlecht. Lockere Wandlampe, komplizierte Bedienung der Beleuchtung, keine Bügel, wenig Duschwasser, viel zu kleiner Frühstücksraum, die Schließzeiten (09.00) des Frühstücksraumes klappten perfekt, ab 07.00 war lärmendes Personal in den Gängen

Verschiedene Einrichtungen haben nicht immer funktioniert. Z.B. Dusche Ablauf, warmwasser.”

Zimmerservice war nicht optimal. Verschiedenes. Würde nur auf Anforderung gemacht.

Bad experience”

Good location, closed to the beach but the hotel was clean at all. No one cleaned the glass doors, no one welcomed guests when we arrived. Staffs were not friendly. After I said I booked the room through Agoda, they looked down on us and made we felt we couldn’t afford to stay there. The room was stuffy, even it was upgraded into VIP room but it was too old : the wall papers were falling down, bed light was broken, no standing shower and it was not clean. My family was very díappointed and would never ever come back to stay again or recommend it to anyone

Looks, the hotel management hired the rooms to some tourist contractor. Staffs never taken care either room service or restaurant for the visitors like me. Very noisy ( because of such knid of customers only staying there now a days.

Good location , a few-minutes walk to the sea . Large room with city view . Useful staff . A varied breakfast ( buffet ) . Some rooms need renovation . They look too old . But anyway I would recommend this hotel .

Nice modern hotel”

Very nice, clean and modern. Only issue is the construction of a new hotel next door. And by next door I mean 4 feet from my window. From 7am to 5pm each day was power saws, drilling, and hammering all day. If you're an early riser no problem, but sleeping past 7am isn't an option

Good time at Bac Cuong hotel and beach area.”

I had planned on staying only a few days but have extended three times now. I like the area and people so much that I am looking for work as an ESL teacher...There is a very nice beach within 5 minutes walk. There is a coffee shop nextdoor called Gattino that has the cheapest Rum,Vodka and other shots of any place on earth if you are in to that. There is very cheap scooter rental in front of the hotel, and there are some nice restaurants in the area although the seafood is a bit pricy. All in all for the stated reasons, it is a great value.

The BC is an exceptionally excellent change after a lengthy stay in China, ten days in Thailand, and even most of a year prior in the grand-ol-USA...It is clean, quiet and peaceful here. The staff are as helpful as they can be, there efforts are exceeded by none, and the location for the money is extraordinary. The closest thing to it in this area is priced three times the cost of a night here. My room is clean and comfortable. For the first time in may months I am actually able to rest well beyond sunrise. The beach is within a 5 minute walk, and the beach is nice and clean. At night you can walk there and wa6tch the waves roll in while having a coke or some food or beer for a wonderfully low price. You can walk down the beach to a jammin nightclub with lightshow and all or you can hang out at the next door coffee shop which sells the only 1.00 shots ogf Western alcohol that I have ever seen...All in all, and I have traveled a lot in other countries, and I can wholeheartedly say that this truly is a hidden jewel of a hotel and area in Danang and any other places it might be compared to...Definitely in my top three of all times...If the room doesn't suit you, ask to change and they were more than accomodatring when I asked....And the reason I needed to change should not go without mentioning as it is the only possible downside to a stay here...The backside 8th floor that I was on had adjacent construction going on beginning about 7:00 AM and it sometimes continued until the afternoon...I asked to be moved to another room for this reason and was moved to the front, third floor, and overlooking the street...Enough said...I very highly recommend the hotel and the area, and I have been around...

A day in My Khe beach”

Staff is very friendly and the location is great, 1 minute to My Khe beach. Problems: the elevator takes forever, the room curtain doesn't have a second layer to let natural light to come in, no coffee/tea (OK, it's not an absolute must, but this shows how the hotel cares to please its guests), the restaurant is too small to accommodate so many guests, and the breakfast was so so.

Although the hotel is near the beach the view is of a brick wall. The sink leaks all over your feet. The room is tiny just room for bed. The shower was broken with no handle to hold the hose. The light in bathroom didn't work. Wallpaper was peeling and mold on the wall. Large tv with many channels but no news channels. Breakfast was ok.

Got changed to 3 diff rooms cause the air con doesnt work. Toilet was slimy/soapy. Overpromised & almost got chased out of the hotel. The day before I check out, I asked if I can check out an hour later cause my flight is in the evening. The receiptionist said ok. when the day comes, I was told to check out soon cause another guest is coming in. Ridiculous! Next time dont promised me that I can check out an hour later if you know another guest is coming in. I was being quite a difficult guest.

This is a good established hotel that offers good value for money. The room is comfortable and you are offered a good range for breakfast. However there were some issues. Very noisy Chinese tourists constantly shouting in the corridors, leaving their doors open or knocking on each others doors. Very disturbing. They also ignored reception's requests to quieten down, and dampening my mood. The majority of guests here are Chinese, so book at your own risk.
