One of the best hotel we have ever stayed at and the staff are absolutely amazing and So nice and helpful. The food was amazing and the private beach was nice great place to relax snorkel kayak paddle board. And now the room we stay in the royal banyan suit absolutely amazing room and just as amazing view there shower was so nice with the option to have full view all the ocean and the bed was so comfortable next time we visit Samui we will be booking this hotel again they make it feel like family

We loved staying here. Quite, clean, the view, nice staffs, an emerald private beach, equipments for playing in the sea.... Everything you expect would be here. However, the cocktail and the breakfast(fully western style) were bit disappointed.

True value for money. Staff are super friendly from GM to junior staff. Rooms are great and facilities too. Kids club can be improved to accommodate younger children as my 3yrs wasn’t very welcomed since its a 4+

Hidden secret of Samui. We stayed in another hotel previously and paid double for accommodation that had little to compare to the quality, space and comfort of our villa in Banyan Tree. The hotel has great facilities, beautiful beach, amazing service. Food is okay but could be better for such a unique holiday destination. I'm sure that Banyan Tree will be our choice again, when we return to Samui.

So much better than I expected! I always wanted to try to stay at Banyan Tree and this was my first time and super satisfied with my experience. Located in a very strategic location; the resort has its own private bay with shallow calm water and less rocky, perfect for paddleboarding, you can enjoy the forest and the sea at the same time. Luxurious and thoughtful room design. Amazing staff, spectacular 360degree view, and definitely 1 day stay is not enough.

Excellent Resort True Five Star”
There are many self-rated five-star resorts, especially on Koh Samui but Banyan Tree is a true five-star resort. Huge grounds build inside a bay with a private beach and facilities. The rooms are more extensive than most other resorts, with large plunge pools and great beds and facilities. Food is quality and plentiful. The staff are friendly and not over-attentive. The Banyan Tree Samui is a fun, relaxing resort. It is highly recommended.

Stayed here early March 2022. Have lived, worked and traveled in South East Asia for almost two decades. The Banyan Tree's sea view villas and amenities are right up there with the very best of them. Was planning to explore Koh Samui but ended up spending my days at the resort, only venturing out for occasional dinners elsewhere on the island. Will be back.

We went here for our honeymoon. Spent a considerate amount of money on our room. We booked the best available room on the site. Staff was not friendly, was a bit snobby. Our room was high up so we needed to call for a buggy every time we wanted to come down. We would call for one, they would say they will be there in 20 mins, fair enough, arrive within 10 if we weren't out immediately the driver would be rude and threaten next time he will leave. Ordered breakfast a day in advance for 10am in our room arrived for noon after multiple calls and cold. Then were given a compensation of fried rice. Villa host on the first day said that she had a list of stuff to do on the island along with a map and would send it to our room later that day. After asking multiple times received the night before we left. Hotel had a BBQ on the beach that outside visitors attend and they charged for. We came back after dinner to a busy hotel. No one had told us of this otherwise we would have loved to attend.
