A little disappointed”
"Know before you go" is my motto. The issue is not with the location. The advertising on Agoda is misleading. The room I chose offers pictures of the room that you're selecting. Based upon this, I selected my room. When I arrived, I was given another room. Shame on me for not being more thorough. If you want a room with A/C, make sure it's in the description. All else is well here. The dorm bed is clean. It has a net to keep the mosquitoes out. I'd be in trouble if this wasn't available.

Fantastisch”
I stayed here a week, in a fan room on the top of the building. It's extremely clean for the toilets and common places, and pretty nice view on the terrace. But since i got downside bed of a bunk bed, quite hot during the day. Cuz fans r all dangling on the ceiling. Mosquito nets, they have some holes so it's not gonna protect u 100% but i didnt mind at the time. Hot shower is available anytime, nice location! Close to everything other than Angkor Wat.

Super cheap, convenient location, helpful staff”
Best price I have ever found for a dorm. With the price lower than that of a simple meal, I got a clean bed in AC dorm, hot shower. Can't demand more. But the shower room wasn't cleaned. I think they just need to spend a few minutes to collect hairs and wash the shower room, but the didn't do.

everything's great except for the ff: My room's located in the men's backpacker room so whenever i go outside it's slightly awkward (but it's really nothing), you can't wear any slippers or shoes and it's sooooo dusty huhuhuhu that's about it.

The floor is dusty. I’m not sure which area are allowed to wear shoes. The should have some sign should shoes not allowed in which area. Other than that is ok.

Good place and I'd stay again”
I liked the room, was quite and had a lot of space but free water refilling which is great! They organise some tours with fair prices, we rented a tuk tuk with some other guests for Angkor Wat all day, price was good so was the driver. I liked the lady at the reception, she was helpful and answered all my queries with a smile, nice service. Only downside are some mosquitos so bring the repellent, there's a mosquito net though for every bed which was good. Nice decoration and orange color at the facilities, no complaints. I recommend this place and location is good!

It's a good quiet hostel. Not a party hostel. Bathrooms were clean. However, the shower is growing black mold in the door because it's a wooden door. Excellent location.

Many bugs and hot”
First time i check in, the owner really kind. He let me early check in. the problem is in my bedroom. Many bugs and make my eyes swollen :(. But the owner quickly to change ny bedsheet. But another problem is AC. AC is not working well until night. I’m always sweat even after taking shower. I can’t hold it. And that night, i move to another hostel. Sorry.. but at least the owner is really kind and helpful. Sure!

Freezing cold/bad night ”
I have been sleeping here 6 nights. Half of them, I couldn’t sleep, it was too cold. There is air conditioning. If you keep the remote control in the dormitories, a new tourist will put the temperature at 22 thinking it will be fine ( I would have thought too). But believe me, even dressed with long pants, sweater and sucks, 22 with the air cond is not a regular 22 as we see outside. So the solution is too keep it at 26 (air cond will still be running) in the hope that nobody will modify the temperature. Sometimes the staffs bring the remote control to the reception and they put the temperature they want. That’s fine if you tell them, but most of them do not communicate. So if you tell one staff 26 degrees before going to bed, it will be another employee when you wake up. And the airconditioning might running at 18 degrees !! Apart from that, nice location, nice swimming pool and free water bottle refills (when they are not running out of water).

It was just ok”
Its not as good as the photos on website shows but its not that bad either. I slept on the bed for 3 nights, it causes itchiness which I am not sure what is the cause but after I left the place, my skin doesn't itch anymore. Bathroom was clean. The common space was a little dirty as it was sandy and dusty but its not too bad. The place was pretty near to most places and it wasn't too noisy at night.

Die Unterkunft war super, alles sauber, Betten, Duschen etc. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, auch als ich mein Busticket verloren habe, wurde alles organisiert, so dass ich kein neues kaufen musste. Das 14er war auch klasse, weil man trotzdem seine Privatsphäre hatte. Die Wäsche hat gut gerochen, was ich auch wichtig finde. Alles in allem sehr sehr gut
