Best Resort/ location/ and Staff ever!!”
My girlfriend and I had an incredible first time vacation stay in Krabi, Thailand at Centara Grand Beach Resort from January 6-13 2022. Incredible staff, spoke and understood English very well and was very accommodating! Beautiful place via boat access only! we arranged for transportation a couple times to do some shopping and RT-PCR testing at a nearby location and the staff took care of everything. Our room was incredible and so were the meals. I have zero complaints from our stay and we are absolutely coming back some day!!! The only suggestion I could offer is to maybe have a spot in the rooms for a bigger fridge so that it could hold more than just drinks.(mini fridge in room with drinks for purchase). Best memories this year from two first time foreigners into Krabi Thailand!

I stayed here at this luxury resort for my Birthday some 10+ years ago and loved it. I just went back and am still in love. Getting to the actual hotel is quite a hassle because you have to take a speed boat to the hotel at certain scheduled times. It’s even more inconvenient when the ocean is acting up and won’t allow the boats to run, because then you have to hike their monkey trail which is a 15 minute jungle trek up and down the side of a mountain that shields the resort making the 5-star experience obsolete. But if you’re up for an adventure and conquer the iron man obstacles you can forgive the circumstances once you get to the resort which compares to paradise on earth.

The hotel is separated by the ocean and a hill, so it's quite a secluded place where you can have a private beach. There are speedboat transport between the city and the hotel and it's a fun and enjoyable ride. You can also go to the city walking in the sea when the tide is not strong and water is low. Climbing the hill can be thrilling as it maybe slippery, be careful there. Lots of activities to do on the island, I did enjoy the 1 hour kayaking in the morning when the sun is not so strong. Breakfast is nice, lots of varieties. Night time the beach is quiet. There are night performances if you have buffet in one of the restaurants.

It was a very pleasant stay, the sunset is beautiful, the pool in front of the beach is spectacular, the staff very attentive, and we really enjoyed the nights with a special buffet, thanks for everything; maybe the only bad point is that the monkey trail has a lot of garbage, and it is right next to the resort, maybe they could organize the weekly cleaning and raise awareness among tourists and locals who use that path to help keep that space clean.

Honeymoon stay”
We stayed at this resort after checking out early from another in Krabi. We found the Centara Grand to be just that, very grand. We loved the feel and amenities of the hotel, however this is a resort so the food and drinks are resort priced. We loved the monkey trail, the breakfast buffet was great and enjoyed the kayak and paddle board rental. The speedboat transfer was easy and accommodating, and the staff and guests were pleasant. We would definitely recommend and return.

Beautiful resort! ”
Located in a private are only accessible by boat, the place is beautiful! You can do a lot on the resort as it has pool, bar, canoe and paddle boat rental, etc. We got a room overlooking the beach and had a hot tub. The breakfast options are amazing and also they have several restaurant options. I would recommend this place for families and families with kids. During our stay, I had to visit the nurse multiple time, which is located on the resort. She was very friendly and helpful!

Magnificent”
Very nice resort. We booked for three nights and extended your trip a fourth night, because it was so beautiful. One thing everyone should understand is that this resort is accessible only by boat. It only transfers guests when the tide is high. It doesn't have a guaranteed departure time. Plan well in advance. Book your return trip early (at least as soon as you arrive) if you are on a tight schedule. All the employees were super nice and helpful . If your not sure because of the price - just treat yourself just this once.

I would say if anything made this hotel shine over the rest it's the restaurant staff and there ability to understand and speak fluent English. Everyone from the reception staff to the restaurant staff to the cleaners were all highly welcoming. I would love to return again in the future.

Super!! But...”
Everything is outstanding but if you want to book this hotel ..should ask about there will be a big group or staff seminar , party or not. There will be some party noises at night.. and if you are unlucky ( like i was) you might take the service boat with that big group. The boat was not on time and staff confused and busy. The management should be improved. But i still want to come back again and of course i will ask them first about the big group guest.

Very service, very clean room, staff are all polite and helpful all the time. Breakfast is great everyday. There are plenty of activities for you to enjoy during your stay. I love this resort for the quiet and the beach which is private.

Amazing resort ”
The resort is simply fantastic. It is located in a national park with breathtaking landscape and monkeys roaming along the monkey trail that tourist love very much. The rooms are huge and all with a nice view, either to the garden or to the sea. The staff is very friendly and professional. Breakfast has huge variety of Asian and European food. I loved everything about the resort.
