Der dritte Aufenthalt leider nicht wie erwartet!”

Lage, bereits bekannt

Bereits der dritte Aufenthalt im Crimson. Leider wurden wir diesmal enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war bereits abgewohnt, der Service war nicht wie erwartet, keine Handtücher etc. Insgesamt OK - aber leider nicht wie erwartet

Nettes Persona,l gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis”

bequeme Betten, schneller check in/check out, super Frühsstück

Wir waren schon zum 2. mal dort, weil es uns so gut gefällt, obwohl es recht weit vom Flughafen entfernt ist. Am Flughafen hat man uns für die Taxifahrt dorthin richtig abdezogen: 4500 Pesos!!! Deshalb auf jeden Fall den angebotenen Hotelshuttle mitbuchen, ist dtl. günstiger. Insgeasamt wieder ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Gutes Hotel, Lage ok”

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut. Vom Flughafen aus recht schnell zu erreichen. Um das Hotel herum gibt es zwei shopping Malls (eine Fußläufig erreichbar). Jedoch grundsätzlich ist etwas abgelegen, wenn es z.B. um Erreichbarkeit von von Restaurants in Fußweite geht.

Freundliche Mitarbeier, Wifi kostenlos und gut

Die Verglasung der Zimmer ist zu dünn ( Schallisolierung) Ich bin in der 16. Etage durch den Straßenlärm morgens aufgewacht. Frühstücksbüffet ist ok. Aircondition war in meinem Zimmer laut. Ich musste sie abschalten. Außerdem ist die Position der Aircon nicht gut. Ich hatte Zugluft über dem Bett.

Schlechtes Management”

keine

Das Person ist nicht ausgebildet. Einchekcen dauerte 45 Minuten. Mann muss einmal Aufzug wechslen um ins Zimmer zu kommen. Obwohl Zmer im 14 Stock, sehr laut da Fenster sehr dünn sind Hotel an einer Hauptstraße liegt.

Neues Hotel ohne Harmonie und ohne Management”

Ruhige Lage ausserhalb des Zentrums

Wer dieses Hotel empfehlen kann, ist wohl blind und taub, und zwar auf beiden Augen und Ohren. Das groesste Problem dieses Hotels liegt im Management und an der Reception. Das Essen ist hoechstens drittklassig. Der Preis ist zwar guenstig fuer diese Kategorie aber es handelt sich hier hoechstens um ein Dreisternehotel.

Coming back several times a year....”

I am a long time customer of CRIMSON hotel and we always come back several times a year. This time I have to say I was not entirely happy with my stay as all the times before. Check in took 45 minutes which is not acceptable. Ordered room service and was told 30-40 minutes and it took exactly 88 minutes. Last but not least carpet was stained same as the matress protector which is not acceptable in a 5 star property. Nevertheless, we will be back soon.

Great staff. Great food. ”

Wifi wasnt working which is a big factor when we decided to book again in this hotel. Glenda, the duty manager, took care of us and made sure that our stay was still exceptional. She deserves a raise! Everyone, from the receptionist to the customer care agent, was very cordial. We'll definitely book again. You made a loyal customer. Suggestion: temperature control sa pool to make it more kid-friendly. And another walkway maybe that will not go through your grand ballroom to go to the pool.

Value for Money”

We really enjoy our staycation. The swimming pool is a must for families. However I wish they have much better wash/locker room its a bit awkward to pass by at the lobby going back to your room soaking wet, wearing bathrobe or swim attire. The single bed is a bit small for 2 person we stayed at Deluxe Twin. Really appreciate their concern for helping the environment three thumbs up for the refillable water container since water dispensers are available near the elevators hallway. Overall we recommend Crimson as a must place to try. We would come back if given a chance. BTW, the city view was awesome (best for IG) 😍!

Enjoyed my stay here even though it was only for a night! Very comfortable king-sized bed with a great shower. Satisfied with all amenities for the room and loved the water pitcher idea. However, realised that there wasn't a fridge in the room, so I couldn't chill some bottled drinks I bought from outside. Otherwise, all good!

Overall, nice stay in this hotel as usual. Only one point I would like to suggest - breakfast egg station - they should serve customer with hot / warm fried egg instead of completely cool one, left on plate for some times I believe.

Relaxing staycation”

Our recent stay at Crimson Hotel was great. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the swimming pool. Our room was comfortable, clean and covered all needs. Fast and easy check-in and check-out. All staff members are professional and pleasant. There are few problems we encountered, however, such as no hair blower in the restroom, i saw mosquitos inside the room, the room cabinet smells cockroach, and there is no playground/play area for small children. Still, it was an enjoyable stay. Thanks Agoda for the additional discount!

Great Hotel Experience!”

Made a booking with my family (4 rooms total). It was a slow night as it was a weekday so queues were not too long and check-in was not a hassle. To our surprise 3 of the rooms we booked were upgraded, which was a nice touch from Crimson. Overall facilities was great and our stay was excellent. Looking to book here again in the future :)

24/7 room service with solid variety of options ranging from php 100- php500. Pool is clean and open till 9pm daily. Gym open 24 hours with key card contains decent amount of equipment and TV's. Chill happy hour with assorted variety of cocktails and liquors for 200php per glass. Buffet restaurant at cafe eight is good for the price when discounted however pricey otherwise. Has unlimited sashimi!

Awesome stay”

Its right across filinvest mall. Very accessible location except that not a lot of taxis can be found near the hotel. Overall, we had a great staycation bcoz they made it extra special by accommodating my request. Kudos to ms daisy and her team! All employees are hospitable and accommodating. Check in and out was a breeze. The deck bar is a nice place to hang out. Dont expect bottled complimentary water to be available as they are reducing use of plastic bottles.

Positive - Location is perfect - walking distance to the mall. - The staffs are very nice and friendly - Sunday mass is a welcome to us Negative - Breakfast has a lot of choices but the food is not that great - the bacon and danggit (fried fish) are not that crispy. - Elevator key cards are working but slowly read by the reader.

Business and Pleasure in a Lovely Environment”

Hotel is located across a mall. It is, also, very near the skyway going to the airport and Makati areas, hence, not much traffic problems and we have never been late in the meeting. Food selection is varied, but, taste and quality may still be improved. Great staff!

Not so Five Star”

Main lobby is on the 8th floor. Ground lobby were manned by courteous staff, but, they did not offer a hospitable introduction to guests...like guiding them through the elevator towards the lobby which I expect from a Five Star Hotel. Elevators were not speck and span. Our toilet had dripping faucet. The food had many selection, but, not tasting great! During breakfast when eating guests are many, there is a 15-30 minutes cue in the egg preparations. They should do something about this. The beds are great with comforters and the towels are cotton clean and fresh. Upon my request, they provided baby bed for my grandson with no additional charges.

Nice overnight stay but sadly they downgraded our room”

Upon check in, we were told that our room was downgraded from a one bedroom suite to an executive club room plus they will throw in free dinner. The staff were nice and did what they could but it was a big disappointment for us (one bedroom suite is 64 sqm, executive club room is 39 sqm). We cannot somehow believe their excuse that ALL the bigger type rooms were flooded/pipes were affected by the constant rains. We had booked a total of 4 rooms with family and balikbayan relatives to spend New Year's Eve there, and it was our first time to stay in the Alabang area. They provided us with an extra room and use of function room in the end but that's because my husband asked to be recompensed for all the trouble. We may not go back here for a while.

Fun Christmas Vibe”

We stayed overnight from Dec.24-Dec.25. The lobby brought on so much Christmas feels. I appreciate the Christmas Eve mass held in the hotel. And my family enjoyed their breakfast selection, especially the different kinds of cheese. As expected, check-out line was long but the person who attended to me remains warm.

A nice hotel out of Manila”

Stayed for four nights. The reception was kind in offering me discount coupons for breakfast and hotel transfers. Like the gym which wad opened at 6 am. Also like the regular shuttle service to the nearby malls. Only downside for me is the room lighting was too dim for reading. Overall a very nice experience with Crimson Hotel.

Pleasant Christmas Break”

Great hotel and very near malls such as Festival Mall which has recently added a new wing. Rooms and staff were wonderful - hope they can provide a microwave and a bigger refrigerator in the future - specially for long staying guests like us.

Nice hotel in Alabang”

Overall, nice stay in this hotel in Alabang. Location are nice, nearby shopping mall and restaurants. Friendly staffs, clean environment and clean room. The new policy of reducing plastic use via not providing drinking water bottles make customers a bit troublesome in getting water, especially those customers staying far away from water dispenser.

Stay in Manila”

We stayed at the Crimson on two occasions. First when we arrived for two nights and then before departure for one night. The rooms are clean and tastefully furnished and all the staff were warm and welcoming. We especially enjoyed going to the bar and Roland and Adrian made us feel very welcome and special always.

Not worth it, Security is bad check in process worst”

Apparently their checkin process is by category so you pay high you get accommodated first. Not a good practice for a so called 5 star hotel. Security is not good. Some people were in the pool and did not even check in. There were people who came from parking and went straight to pool because they have friends in the hotel. Even in the buffet since its not regulated people can come in and out. Service is so poor! Some hotel staff are frowning. And their system and management process is the worst. Don’t book kasi you will just get stressed. Pros: Location is near the mall Bedsheet and pillows are standard 5 star hotel quality

Not good the last time i checked in”

Comparing my stay here versus 2017 staycation with same club lounge access 1. Before (2017), we checked in at exuctive lounge but today only at the main lobby (yeah no welcome drinks) 2. Before, we can access Club lounge with shorts and shirts, but today its impossible so we had to buy a pants in a nearby mall 3. Before, afternoon spread in club lounge had good spread but today, only nuts and cookie!! 4. Before, this used to be my favorite hotel with club lounge but today, i think it deteriorated. Only one good thing happened - our room just got upgraded. Aside from that, this will be an ordinary hotel. Not the same hotel I used to experience before.

Superb Overnight Stay”

Has to be improved in some aspects”

I am the frequent traveller, and used to stay with Crimson whenever I come to Philippines. (I stay here almost every month) Generally, I like the hotel, in term the location, and with fair price. Nonetheless, there are few aspects I would like the attention from the Crimson's management: 1) Cleanliness: this has to be improved. We saw cockroaches in the bedroom, and even at the bar. When we informed the staff, they were not take it seriously. 2) Facilities: some of the facilities are broken or not in function, for example the iron and iron board, basin cogging, etc. 3) I was asked to pay 20peso for printing my boarding pass. I was speechless completely. This suppose to be a standard service for foreign traveller. Overall, I would appreciate the management take serious consideration on all these aspects. I like Crimson, and hope my feedback provide you some inputs to improve. Thanks!

Suprisingly the place was really great considering the fact that the location of the hotel is near the transport terminal. the interiors were really good! swimming pool area was great. they also had activities for the guest to enjoy such as aqua zumba. just infront of festival mall. Overall, nice hotel. Nice location, friendly staffs, nice Christmas deco, good WiFi signal and generally clean too. The only disappointment during this stay was - due to the first day I put on ‘do not disturb’ sign, the house keeping do not clean the room for 2nd and 3rd day even I put on ‘clean my room’ sign.

The food and cheese variety at breakfast buffet was the best, and also I would like to commend the staff who helped me get my lost item :) I really appreciate the timeliness and sense of urgency with my request, thank you! I would also like to commend the lady who assisted me back when we were to check out, as she handled my case for the credit card very nicely despite the misunderstanding. Thank you so much for letting me experience how a 5 star hotel would be like. :) sounds childish but it is the best thing I can describe it I think. Also for the food, their In Room Dine In were not pricey compare to other hotels I've been. Definitely would go back again to bring my family there! :)

Great Hotel, Great Breakfast”

The hotel is actually overall nice, we came here for my daughter's and my Birthday celebration. The problem that time was the pool since it was under renovation but the hotel management was able to find another swimming pool area (like in Palm Country Club) so their guests can still enjoy their stay. Breakfast is really good has many or various selections. Close to malls, can go there by walking.

Two bad things. - I stayed Rm# 1800, washstand in toilet has some problem in drainage. - Key access devices in elevators don't work well. not only us, but also other guests experienced the same. gym with Life Fitness machine is good, but swim pool is smaller than its photo. more light is needed for its evening swimmers. All other things are good enough.

Great hotel, Great Staff”

The hotel and room was very nice, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! There were just renovations for the pool ongoing while I was there which limited access to facilities, but otherwise it was a great stay.

Great food and service”

Their Executive Lounge was pleasant and had great views of Alabang. Service was efficient and the staff exerted every effort to cater to their clients’ needs. Food was great. I enjoyed the cocktail buffet during the early evening - they have a good cocktail and wine selection and I especially enjoyed the creamy seafood pasta. Breakfast was also a delight, and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed the cusromized menu with their selection of gourmet breakfast items and on-demand fresh fruit and vegetable juice concoctions.

Relaxing and clean”

The ambiance is very relaxing. Vacation starts once you enter their lobby with it’s relaxing setup. The hotel feels very private and we had a very good view from the 20th floor. Appreciate the fact that the hotel accommodated our late check in and late check out request.

Nice hotel and great location”

Overall, nice hotel. Great location in Alabang, near to Festival mall. Wifi was nice, breakfast was ok and gym room was great. Swimming pool under renovation. Only complaint was about the water temperature which was not constant, sudden cold and sudden hot. Otherwise, great stay in this hotel.

very luxurious”

overall very happy with it all. we are fans of molito lifestyle centre so it was a bit far from there. easily fixed with an 90php grab ride. pool was under renovation (we were aware) so this would have added to it. it's definitely a 5 star hotel and I would stay there again if the Acacia hotel my first choice, was not available. overall very happy with our stay.

Crimson Hotel never fail my expectations”

Been staying in Crimson Hotel since it started operation about 5 years ago. So far am quite pleased with my stay there. Room (2117) given is neat and tidy. However, i hope they can improve on the ventilation in the bathroom as the air inside is still. Location of hotel is excellent and Festival Mall is within walking distance. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel Management at its best”

It was so obvious that the staff was trained to deal with the guests well. The place was clean and they have an answer for every question. They even called up just to ask if everything went well and if we needed anything. We had a nice view of the city and the place was so clean we were able to sit by the window for hours because even the area behind the curtains didn’t have any dust. Hope the management team maintains the job well done!

Wonderful Staycation”

booked a room to celebrate my mother's birthday and the hotel was generous enough in giving us a birthday cake and balloons. the staff were friendly, the check-in/out process was swift; the room may be showing the property's age, but it was comfortable and still serves it purpose quite well.

This time a bit different ”

Generally, nice stay in Crimson Hotel Alabang. WiFi was good, service was good and staffs are friendly as usual. This trip, I had some weird experience with Crimson Hotel during my last night stay. The house keeping cleaned up my room before I back from work, and they took away 2 coffee cups, and the chair inside my room. So inconvenient with such weird action from house keeping, as I need to call them and asked for replace cups.

Great location. Well appointed hotel. But very dark room!!”

Very good location, near the Festival Mall and supermarket. Nice business hotel that's well decorated. The downside is the room is very dark - no ceiling lights, only dim bedside/floor/desk lamps. Great for relaxation, but not nearly bright enough to do any work after hours. Swimming pool is under renovation as of June 2018 - alternative pool available elsewhere though if you ask.

There's no weighing scale. For the luggage scale , have to ask everytime from the concierge. We ended up buying our own scale. Staff asked from the clinic but didn't allow for luggage. I mean, 5 star hotel and most guests are travellers. Wow. Also Shower curtain is somewhat yellowish in the bottom part. Thank you
