Nettes kleines Strand-Resort auf einsamer Insel
Lage direkt am schönen Strand, passabler Pool, Gelände und Strand werden ordentlich sauber gehalten, freundliches Personal
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit der Erholung und Abgeschiedenheit und waren mit uns selbst zufrieden in der Natur. Für kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet, ansonsten vielleicht etwas langweilig. Die über den Strandbereich erschwimmbaren Korallenriffe sind leider weitgehend abgestorben; dennoch gibt es schöne Fische beim Schnorcheln zu sehen. Das Wasser ist sehr klar, es gab aber recht viele "Sealice" (winzige Larven der Quallen, die juckende Pusteln beim Hautkontakt erzeugen).

Isolated Resort
The Only interesting about this place is the Turtle Observation camp. Dive centre is quite good. Food is ok and the only thing is the resort is quite boring with not much activities.

Great View, but accommodation not as good
The view from the balcony is magnificent. The room however require maintenance. Mold starting to grow on the wall due to water from aircond. Shower does not work well during our stay. Nonetheless a complaint to the reception, and the shower was fix fast. The floor drain is clogged. The bathroom is not very clean.

The worst stay of my life
We felt conned during the whole stay. When we arrived at the place, the boss told us that the hotel charges on per head basis instead of per room and demanded us to add an extra RM130 per person per night, although on the hotel's own list that he showed us it states that the room we booked is maximum for 4 persons (there are 4 of us). We did not feel like being served during the whole stay, we have to tolerate with the hotel's schedule. We aren't informed by anyone that we will have to tell the receptionist if we want to have lunch/dinner at the hotel and we can only eat at their restaurants within a period of time. Other than the time, you'll find no food to eat besides than the biscuits prepared at the lobby. The room is extremely dirty with bugs on the bed. The doorknob wasn't functioning, we have to spend almost 15minutes every time we went in and out to make sure the door's locked and can be opened. There's not even a phone in the room for you to call their service. If you're staying at the west wing, you'll have to walk 15minutes through the jungle to get to their reception at the east wing, which is pretty sucks. This hotel is a classic example of a good hotel with really bad management. During our final night, we got back to the room at 10pm and there's no water in the bathroom. We had to rush up and down the room to inform the staff again and again to make sure there's water for us to take a shower. We're being told that the hotel closed the water supply at night, which is pretty ridiculous. I had never stayed in a hotel where there's no food to eat other than the prescribed time and no water to use at night because they want to save water.

Nightmare boat trip
On the way back the small boat was overloaded: 13 adults one of them at list 150 kg, plus 2 children, plus boatman, plus luggage. Several times the boat almost capsized. It was really scary, and 50 minute journey became a nightmare. Management didn't pay any attention of the safety of their guests. The way back completely spoiled our impressions.

Mosquitos, Bed bugs, Good looking sea
Nice sea view, clear sea water & snookering
The resort was full of mosquito and it is keep disturbing you and your children on the dining area! The surrounding of the hotel has not clean properly and you can see numbers of construction/maintenance items were throw every way at the backyard almost every hotel! The worst things was the bed bugs and o had been attached during my stay! Initially i was thought that is the mosquito bite over the Bar of the hotel (Your drink the beer and the mosquito drinking your blood!!) but until i had been told by my doctor that will be the bed bites. Definitely will not back to this hotel!

Spacious room but poor cleanliness
Good food, friendly staff, rooms not very clean, not bell boy service
The hotel is divided into 2 wings - east and west. They don't have concierge and bell boy so we had to carry our luggage from when the boat drop us at the east wing to our room at the west wing. It was very tiring due to the distance plus we had to walk on the hill with no proper walkway. Phone line is very poor and wifi is only available at the east wing. Overall cleanliness is very poor. Rooms are spacious with 2 queen beds but toilet is not properly clean, towels are like old rags.Food served are generally cooked with taste but not much variety especially for desert - only watermeloon served most of the times. However their free flow coffee and tea is very much appreciated! Have to be carefully when going to the sea as seabed is covered with dead corals. We enjoyed snorkeling in front of the west wing where sharks make appearance every morning at around 9-10am and afternoon around 4-5pm. The hotel staff was kind enough to show us the blue sea - where you get to see plankton flourescent sea at night
