Exzellent”
If you are looking for a modest but inexpensive accommodation, this is the place. And it's conveniently located between Clark and Angeles City. My wife and I stayed here for a few days in February 2019 and it saved us a lot of money as compared to some of the hotels in town that we stayed in. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They took care of any minor issue we had. If you just need a place to sleep comfortably, safely and you're on a budget, I highly recommend this place.

Cheap but really nice room”
Pros I booked the room for less than P1000. The interior was really nice. The bed was very comfy. WiFi was good. The location of the hotel is close to Robinson’s, SM Clark, Dau Terminal and the Airport. They even offered me a breakfast meal even though my booking didn’t indicate that it included breakfast. I didn’t to get to have breakfast though because I checked-out early. Their staff was also really nice. Cons The water from the faucet was yellowish. Their TV did not have good reception. Their food was a bit expensive. I didn’t order though so I can’t say for the size of the serving and the taste.

The staff are courteous. Downside, we can hear all the noises from outside & no keycard. ”
The room is very clean, the linens and pillows are fresh smelling. The room rate I got was very reasonable for a twin/ standard room. Downside is you can hear all the noises from outside as the hotel is located in front of a busy main road. I requested on the first night if we can be transferred to the back side of the hotel for a more quiet room location but we were told that it’s already fully booked. Though we were there at 2pm. I think rooms are not assigned until guests are checked in. Anyway, request was unsuccessful. We were checked in at past 3 pm. Were not able to sleep well due to the outside noise. On the 2nd night i requested again if there’d be an available room which we can transfer. Again, we were told that nothing’s available as most of the rooms if not all, are located in front of the busy street or they knew we got the standard room at a very fair price so our request is not being considered. No keycard. You still have to wait for housekeeping to open the room.

Rude male receiptionist”
The room was okay but hope the male recieptionist assigned at 1am would be more respectful and approachable to customers. We arrived at 1am and ask him for an early check in and we're willing to pay for additional charges because we are so tired and sleepy but the male receiptionist told us that they are fully booked so we just sit for a while in their loby deciding where to go and take a nap.. but then the male receiptionist told us that we are not allowed to stay in the loby with an intimidating tone then we just went out right away.

Its just that theyccleaned the tank then the water is kulay kalawang so you have to let the water run for minutes before you use it. Also, the window of our room is busted so u cant lock it. Good thing we're on they third floor but still, need to fix for security purposes

All is good except for the unavailble keycards and quality of water. Someone has to assist us to open our room. For the water, it was pee-like color. Hehe! And it also smells like rust. Maybe they should have to clean the water portals. But all was tolerable.

Not so quiet”
The staff was very accommodating, The main highway is very busy and the room was not so quite. Not to mention people yelling in the hallway at 3:30 in the morning. It was hard enough to sleep with the street noise, but even harder to go back to sleep after being disturbed. I wanted to get out of bed and go yell at them to shut up. With all that taken into consideration, the room was very comfortable. It is worth the price you pay for the room. As long as you can tolerate the inconvenience.

Affordable hotel with clean and comfy bed! ”
Room's clean! Bed is super comfortable! Soft pillow and sheets! Hotel is old so it has some smell but not bad if staying only for a couple of days to sleep. Washroom is a little smelly (sewer) probably coming from the drain. Stayed here 3x already. The most recent one we stayed in room 322 which is on the side of the building close to Puregold roof. Supposed to be a non smoking room but you can tell people smoked in here. It's safer to stay in a front facing room street view. Noisier but we didn't mind it. Overall! The hotel is great only for sleeping if only staying for a couple of days. Good value for money. It's a cheap hotel but it has what I'm looking for. Clean and comfy bed!
