gute Lage neben Shopping Mall, nahe Airport”

Thank you for your feedback.Hope to see you again.
Thank you for your comment.Hope to serve you better on your next visit,
Thanks for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback!
Toilette stank, Zimmer nicht sauber! Laut etc
Eigentlich gut bis auf das, das Zimmer sehr klein war und nicht sauber gemacht worden ist.
sehr sauber, aber kleine zimmer. frühstück war ok.
Needs a good clean”
Eurotel Makati’s claim to be a businessman’s hotel is an overstatement. No businessman will be very comfortable staying in a hotel where room service will be given on your 4th day stay even if you ask them (front desk and cleaners) everyday. At the very start, toilet bowl is filthy, bathroom sink and mirror have soap sud marks. Water coming from the shower faucet is brownish. And most of all upon check in hair strands will welcome you on the floor everywhere. You will notice that this hotel caters more on the “short time” clientele than business people. On a positive note , they can provide a medical fridge for your insulin and the staff are helpful. Free breakfast is okay.
I have been going to this hotel for past ten years and i am disgusted with the treatment I encountered. The rooms no longer have internet so if i want to do work i have to go downstairs not good for privacy Constantly rooms have damages like things broken, not working or missing. safes dont work, TV controls don't work and all they can say is sorry which doesn't help things. When i had to be moved to another room I did manage to get a room with wifi this is after somebody on the front desk telling me that they no longer provide in rooms. I think this hotel has gone backwards. Regardless what i pay in a hotel I expect good service.
We had a family room where fridge didnt work, phone didnt work locks broken on the bathroom door and no hot water as well they now dont have wifi in the rooms only in the foyer and when i complained all i got was a sorry . Very very disappointing
Suite room is big for 3 persons... Love the breakfast meal as they have lot of choices... however we reserved 2 rooms, 1 is at 7th and the other is at 9 a little bit far from each other... no hot water at shower.. Hotel is near supermarket, mall, restaurants and main streets
Would be passable if the bathrooms were cleaned and the rooms and hait didn't smell like a cesspool.”
Check in was quick and easy. They have early checkin which was useful. The first room I got was recently tenovated and quite comfortable, exvept for the bathroom, which hadn't been updated in decades and was filthy with brown, mouldy grout and hair in the tub and on the floor. I changed rooms and the second room had an updated bathroom (which still had hair on the floor) but the room and the entire 11th floor absolutely stank of some kind of chemical. It smelled like a mixture of garbage, sewage and insecticide. I checked out the next morning and lost four nights of prepaid stay. Good thing it was cheap but even losing $180 sucks.
Chairs in my room are dusty
Value for Money”
The location was superb and the price was super okay. The room we had was only for P2,088.00 good for three, with breakfast. The beds are fine except that the queen sized bed is 2 single beds put together and you can feel the gap. The shower in our room was not working properly because the shower head needs repair. We were given a room in the 12th floor and the elevator is only up to 10th floor so we had to climb stairs from 10th to 12th. The breakfast was good, considering the price: it was a buffet breakfast with more than 5 varities to choose from. The dining area was a little small for all the guests. The staff are all nice. All in all, we had a pleasant stay.
Staffs are approachable. ”
The reception allowed us for a super late check in time. We encountered some room issues during our stay, but they didn’t hesitate to transfer us to another room on their 12th floor which is new one. Overall rating is good and friendly hotel. PS for the breakfast, lessen the oil for fried foods.. ;)
The hotel description is inaccurate”
I read the hotel description and thought it would be exactly what i was looking for at a reasonable price. I checked in and found the room they gave me was not what I paid for through Agoda. The sink in the CR sprayed sideways when it was turned on and the room was quite small. I reported this to the desk staff and they did change my room. In the new room I discovered the water coming from the shower was always cold and if I wanted to have lukewarm water, I had to bath under the tub spigot. I reported this to the desk staff and was told, "We do not have hot water". Also the promise of in room internet, forget it. To use the internet I had to go sit next to the front desk. As for non-smoking rooms, I looked under the bed and saw numerous cigarette butts and trash. In the CR, the cleaner hose at the bottom of the toilet leaked the entire time I stayed and finally, after reporting it to the desk everyday, I had one of the workers come look at the algae and moss around the toilet base.
Pillowcases are smelly, as if someone had just used it. Service of staffs are too slow. When my niece request for change of pillowcases at 6:30 pm, it was only changed when I had followed it up at 8 pm (upon my arrival at the hotel).
accomodating staff good breakfast
No internet in room and low signal for network
It's the worst experiences I ever had. I'm business man travel alot always check in hotel. It's the worst. 1st I arrived hotel at 12 noon check in they ask me to pay 400 peso per hr for 2 hrs early checking. Then no wifi in the room and when I call reception for wifi they told 5 min some one will come to my room fix it. It looks 3 days then they told me sorry no wifi in rooms. Then my son was taking shower the hotel decide to clean water system without telling us so no water from 10 to 2 PM.i feel really bad in that hotel last night I arrived my room at 9 PM my room still not clean . This hotel is joke. Bas staff and bad managers
Dirty room and pillows and the original room i had I didnt even recieve wifi. Took them forever to come change my room and when they did the new room was super dirty. It was also missing an air con remote. Just bad overall service and over priced.
Everything is almost perfect until we request for fried eggs, the staff provided the first request but the second didn't go well, we have to repeat our request at least for to five times until we decided not to continue the request and just finished what we have on our table and go.
Very convenient for transportation, shops and restaurants. Very good value and very comfortable.”
The staff are friendly and the security guard are very helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast. The place are clean and the room are spacious. Very comfortable bed. I would definitely staying again in August.
The worst eurotel the last 3 years”
Many times I Ave visited the eurotel but this time it was the worst. I had problem with the room for toilet. I informed the staff and no one came to fix it! Two days I inforned them at least 5 times and no any respond. During at breakfast no glasses for water. I informed two of the staff but nothing! 3 years I have been visiting this hotel and it's the first time with so many problems. Last time always was there for staff care the clients. This time it was so bad. For that reason I left from hotel and I stayed at other hotel near to eurotel.
Front Desk Woes”
I booked for a twin room but the front desk gave me a queen room. I don't know why they still make this kind of mistake. What really bothered me is that they put me on the 12th floor when the elevator is not working. I had to take the stairs from the 10th floor. The housekeeping and other staff have been very helpful and attentive.
If you are on a budget, go for this”
If you are on a budget, go for this but the linens was just the worst! the blankets is super thin!!! Requested for a thicker one and charged me for 100 which was i believe not a legit blanket but curtain instead!
I have stayed in Eurotel Pedro gil , Eurotel malate , their service was excellent this is the first time i stayed in Makati , this area is very good for travel to airport or industrial area but the service in the hotel was bad , may be due to too many customer walk in , for short time stay , the staff there don't care as long as they have given you a room then their jod is completed , they don't care if a customer made a special request due to any reason's , then why this type of hotel wants customer to book online when they could not full fill the customer request online application. For me i will not stay in this hotel any more and I will not recomment to any ood my friends.
Staff were amiable. The interiors are classic Eurotel--green walls (not a fan of that), dark brown wood highlights, and white ceilings/tiles. Our room had no window, the phone wasn't working, and the faucet was leaking. I'm not bringing the rating down too low because I'm sure the staff would help if I asked, but we had a short stay so I didn't bother. The breakfast buffet was ok. The guy at the eggs station was amazingly consistent with the way he cooked sunny side ups. There are also many restos around the hotel, as well as a convenience store. You can even shop for groceries across the street.
Great for its price”
It was me, my fiance and my mom. The room was spacious. Bed was large. They had both tub and shower but the heater wasn't really working. Breakfast was already included and the room per night was very cheap.
Great layover recommendation in Makati”
Booked a room for a colleague from Vietnam. Eurotel is one my go-to lodging recommendations for short-term stays near the Manila airport. It's just outside the central business district and near shopping areas in Ayala.
Check if the "queen bed" is actually two solo beds pressed together”
I was told by the staff that most queen beds in standard rooms are actually two solo beds pressed together. It's uncomfortable and lumpy. When I asked to be transferred to a room with a real queen bed as my companion has physical issues, they complied.
We had a great stay at Eurotel Makati. For me it's a bang for the buck. The location is great because it's in the center of everything and near the airport. The discounted price I got from Agoda is way cheaper than the one posted on their official webpage. You even get your own slippers:-)
The staff are indeed very accommodating and considerate (because we checked-in half past midnight, which is considered as next-day booking). So convenient when you have an early or late flight to/from the airport.
Fairly noisy as it’s on a major intersection, wifi is pretty good, showers don’t get hot enough, breakfast is pretty good nice selection, floors are major slippery everywhere you go because they buff them always so be careful. And hopefully they stop the short stays because it’s used for unhygienic reasons :(
Thank you for your feedback.
Value for Money”
Great location. Easy to get oublic transportation. Walking distance to hospital and shopping districts. Room spacious enough. Clean linens. Adequate toiletries and amenities. Good food choices for buffet breakfast
Thank you for staying with us.Hope to served you again.
Great location, near Waltermart, one ride to Greenbelt/Glorietta/SM... Jeepneys to Pasay Libertad, Ayala and Prc and Magallanes passes the hotel. Good value for money, facilities are not new, but clean. I just don't like that the elevators smell like cigarette smoke. Do not expect exemplary assistance from staff. After they checked us in, they just let us be. But still great stay.
04 607 3:00PM I am disappointed with the service. The room amenities are not complete. No tv remote, no basic toiletries, no bathsoap and tge aircon is not working. I have called several times at the Front Office and it seems that they don't even care. I demand to transfer room but they just ignored me. This is not the experience I want. I am demanding for a compensation about this inconvenience. I paid right away for this and this is not what I paid for. I need a resolution as early as possible. Thank you.
There is a foul odor inside the hotel. Smells like old rusty.
always bad bad hotel”
I was kept waiting 30 minutes for check-in. I reserved a room with a bathtub, but it does not have warm hot water, there is no point in using a bathtub. I used a shower, but no warm hot water. and The correspondence of the staff is bad as usual.
Dirty Rooms and Uncaring Staff”
I have been a regular guest of this hotel. It is perhaps one of the least costly-best located lodging places in Makati. In the last five years, room cleanliness and staff responsiveness has declined drastically. Bathroom floors in the newly renovated rooms don't drain properly and hence floods the bathroom. Linen is dirty. Floors never get swept or mopped even if requested. One has to ask twice for fresh towels, complementary water, and floor mats to stop the water seeping from the bathroom to the bedroom.
I frequently stay at this hotel with my friend and sometimes she does the booking for me. Yes, the price is good for money and the location is very strategic. Check in is set at 2 pm but I've experienced waiting more than 30 mins before I can get in my room. That happened twice already, hence the 2 star rating.. I'm giving 4 stars for facilities because there is no rug on the bathroom. We had to always call the lobby to request for that. If they can improve on these areas then I would be one happy customer.
wasn't as nice as expected.my room is not that clean, walls, floors And toilet. Nobody even bother to open the door even if they saw you carrying bags. Food service was also bad, just a French toast and a milk, it took them an hour to serve. 👎👎👎
We were transferred and it was good because the first two rooms was disappointing. The new rooms was okay just that we can smell paints because it was under renovation on some rooms. Well, understandable. The staff was good, accommodating but i just noticed the receptionist at daylight she don’t smile that much when conversing with clients. The words she say was respectful but don’t much with her facial expression. Over-all our stay was good.
We had been transferred for 3 times because all the room are all dirty e.g floor are not properly clean, toilet bowl have stain. We just stayed at the last room even the floor are still dirty because we are already tired. But the staff are all okay and willing to say sorry for the dirty room. But they still did not clean the room.
Location is great. Transportation going to malls is easy. Taxi and Grab drivers know the place. There’s a mall right beside it. The staff are very accomodating and helpful. The buffet breakfast was fine. Nothing extraordinary.
The worst hotel where trouble surely occurs”
I stayed for 2 nights, but I will not clean the room no matter how many times I say it. The water in the toilet does not flow TV can not see noise There is no apology for everything.Claims and troubles are found to occur on a daily basis.
Our stay was so good. Keep it up”
The staff were friendly and we had a nice stay
Cooperation by staff”
I was delighted to stay in this hotel; unlike Eurotel north in Quezon City, this hotel performance is better. I can’t find anything wrong with this hotel.
Comfortable Place in Makati”
Location is good for a businessman that have plenty of transactions in Makati area . Accessible to all vehicles . Staff are nice.
A nice clean hotel with in walking distance of Greenbelt mall & Glorietta mall in Makati. The room was basic but clean and comfortable
Great stay at a great price”
The location is perfect for a business trip to Manila. Awesome staff, very clean. A few minor issues with the rooms, but they always accommodate me a solve any problems quickly and efficiently. I stay here several days a month.
We appreciate your feedback.Thank you. hope to serve you again on your next visit.
i dont like the large bed. i was only expecting for a queen size bed. but the give a large bed. the space between the two single bed sucks, eventhough they put it together as one bed. still you can notice the gap in between.
Thank you for your comment.
Worth value of money ”
Good location specially in makati in the middle of bussiness area ..worth of money ..with breakfast ..staff very much accomodating and helpfu ..bed are big aircon is good but the tv is so small ..the remote is not working but the technicial change the remote .. nice to stay ..
Dear Ms. Gina, Thank you for staying with us and sharing your experience. Rest assured your concern will be noted and we will fix the issue. We look forward for another chance to serve you. Sincerely yours, Sol Tampis AHM
Good hotel if you get a promotional rate”
This is a busy hotel located on the border of Makati's CBD. It's a 10 minute walk from Greenbelt Mall, and is across the street from the WalterMart mall which has a more local vibe. It's also near the quirky Makati Square mall, and a 5 minute walk to the excellent Japanese restaurants and night clubs in Little Tokyo. The room was OK but not ideal for working. The staff was quite helpful when approached and the breakfast buffet is adequate.
Thank you for staying Eurotel Makati.
Getting old but still good”
The hotel is getting on in age but it is still a very nice hotel, the outstanding thing was the staff, who make you feel very welcome and take care of all your needs. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel.
I was with my 4 kids and I needed a place to stay. I let my daughter to book me online and she found this. Suite 2 was good though the room needs to be upgraded because it's a bit old. It was cozy and I had a great time with my kids. Old times. - Father
Perfect for short stays”
The location and everything is perfect for me when I get assigned crazy hours at work. The only reason i do not book multiple nights is the provision of a ref which for me is essential for places I spend more than 1 day in. I can consume a lot of water, far more than the daily complimentary allotment.
Exceeds my expectation”
For a cheap a hotel I wasn't expecting too much. I was pleasantly suprise that their much better than some of the more expensive hotels I've stayed in. With their affordable it already includes buffet breakfast. Another good thing is their ample parking space for their clients. Surprisingly, most hotels/hostels either : doesn't have their own parking parking, it's a first come first serve or not enough shoes for the entire clients. It also have room service, and therapeutic massage. Surely would go back.
