I reached in the hotel around 11.30pm and the staff able to check me in where i missed place my booking ID. That's will be the plus point for this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful even the breakfast was good. Room was clean, the only disadvantage on this hotel will be the water pressure very very low. We make complained and technician came to fix it still unable to solve the problem. hopefully the hotel able to improve the water pressure as this is important to the customer during their bathing time.

This hotel is old but the service given by the hotel staff's is great. My toilet had a problem with water drainage after bath. Even after fixing the problem it was not solved so the hotel staff's help me in changing to another new room. Amazing service I can say.

this hotel is have much variety in breakfast and clean too... but must be carefull with puddle in bathroom and added more variety in bathroom accessories. for tiny pink pillow in bedroom, please change the pillowcase. thank you...

The hotel was acceptable for the price. One big issue is that you may not find this hotel in Google Maps as this hotel was recently renamed from FAVE Hotel, new owner. So you got to search for Fave Hotel. Unfortunately they don't tell you about this in your booking confirmation email or chat which is disappointing. The cafe of this hotel is a dead place. A lot of food always not available and options are very limited. Cafe closes at 10pm although receptionist claimed its 24 hours. Better to order food via Grab or Gojek. There is a small Mart beside the hotel, you can buy some grocery. The room is excellent and clean. Price of the room seem to fluctuate on a daily basis, so you got to check everyday for low price. They provide hot drinking water near lift. Provided drinking cup when requested. Will stay here again. Recommended.

1st room i had a problem with the ac. Then i move to another room and it's the same. Its bekasi. And its a hot city. This is the worst fave hotel i've been to. Reception also rude. NOT RECOMENDED
