Das Four Points konnte auf ganzer Linie überzeugen. Freundliches Personal, gutes Morgenessen, gute Location mit Anschluss an die Mall und allgemein einen tollen Service. Das Gym war gross genug und der Pool war fantastisch. Ich werde definitv wieder kommen, wenn ich in Surabaya bin.

Schönes Hotel, Personal unbeholfen”
So schön das Hotel ist, so untrainiert das Personal. Kaum angekommen, wusste die Dame am Empfang nicht unsere Rate und wollte uns eine höhere Rate drucken. Ich bat höfflich sich mit Agoda in Verbindung zu setzen. Beim Frühstück hatten wie ein Slot zwischen 9:00 -10:30 gebucht. Als wir kamen gab es angeblich keinen Tisch frei. Die Damen baten uns um 10:30 zurück zu kommen, obwohl um 11:00 Schluß ist. Ich habe mir das Salon angeguckt und festgestellt, daß doch Tische frei und fertig waren. Nach einer kurze Reklamation gab uns einen von diesen Tischen. Entschuldigung bei beiden Fällen Fehlanzeige. Schade um das schöne Hotel.

Excellent Experience”
I have stayed twice at this hotel since it opened 2 weeks ago. Check-in by Pak Rahmad (Room Division Manager) and his staff was smooth and efficient. The rooms are not spacious but very comfortable and well-appointed. Bathroom is adequate with large shower enclosure however I would like more counter-top space and mirror lighting could be brighter. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and faultless service. The drip-filter coffee was not anything to write home about but they very kindly made a fresh coffee for me from the espresso machine when I asked. Pakuwon Mall access very convenient alongside the hotel entrance. Highly recommend this hotel if staying in west Surabaya.

One night is really not enough”
This is my first time staying here. And the experience was just awesome since I arrived the hotel. I got myself early checked in, the room was so nice, clean, and smells good. The one made me impressed was the front staff named Tiara, she was really friendly and took your comfortable issue as her main concern. Nia from the resto was also very nice and polite. I will definitely come back here for sure. I haven't fully enjoyed the facility yet due too busy in business. Once again thank you FOUR POINTS Pakuwon Indah.

Nice, clean hotel with excellent staff!”
This was our third time to book at Four Points Hotel. Staff are always attentive and accomodating. From the duty manager (Hello, Ms Cindie!) Down to the cleaning service staff ( hello septian and anam). We enjoyed our breakfast, too. Mr. Irwan and Ms Greina made sure that we had what we needed. Ms. Greina was too kind to explain some of the traditional drinks. Thanks for encouraging us to try them. We will definitely come back.

All staffs deliver excellent job. Frontliners are very nice and friendly. Mas Tri is very well in serving Pecel Margaret and drinks to us. Mbak Rere assist us at breakfast time. Chefs have a wonderful dishes. Room is very clean and comfy. The hotel location is the best for those who love shopping. Gym has complete fitness equipment, clean and spacious.

Great hotel inside the mall”
We take the junior suite room and it is spacious so the kids can have their online school without any hassle. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, allow us to have a very very late checkout until the online school over. Thank you .. Clean and spacious We didnt have the breakfast so i cannot review on that Having it on the mall is one advantage but on the other hand also makes it hard to park on the busy time. The hotel parking signage is confusing. At first we really had to have 2 laps on the parking lots before find the hotel lift on basement 3. Despite that, definitely will come back for sure!! :)

Value for money with some great facilities. Have access inside the mall. So it makes me easier when i need buy some food for my son. Have a clean and spacious room. The hotel also keep on the health protocol. Overall I feel satisfied can stay in this hotel. Thankyou Four Points!

Truly one of the best hotel”
The hotel staff is amazing, all are friendly and ready to help. They never fail to greet you with a smile. Prepare to smile alot. A wide spread of breakfast items, alot of pastries, there's even sushi which is really not common. I love that they put an indonesian speciality dish for breakfast. Theres even soy milk which makes me believe they really thoroughly thought out their breakfast items. I love that the hotel is located beside the mall. The mall is superhuge. You can get everything you want there. The room is clean and amenities of the hotel is good, there's gym and swimming pool. Lastly, I stayed on my birthday, and to my surprise they even prepared a cake and a card with their staff signatures. I truly feel special. Thank you for the kind thoughts and delicious cake. Me and my friends thoroughly enjoy our stay🙂👍🥰

The best connecting to mall hotel, always ”
Still the best connecting to mall hotel in Surabaya. Just amazing that they still can prepare our favourite Junior suite room ready before standard check-in time based upon our request in the highseason. In Four Points Pakuwon, we never heard anymore : sorry your room still not ready 😊 Our favourite always the 6th floor. They have 2 big pool. The breakfast has so many variant, and never fail on taste. Many thanks to Mr. Udin the FO Manager and Mr. Akbar for the warmth cooperation. Will come back there soon…

Great hotel, just linked to pakuwon mall. Easy access to food. Hotel is new and clean and staff are polite and attentive. Special thanks to Akbar and Vicky from front office who were very friendly and welcoming. Gym is great and open 24 hours. Had a nice stay here and would definitely return again.

Ga pernah mengecewakan nginep disini. Kebetulan jg dapet upgrade breakfast ke the westin so it’s absolutely worth the price. Pelayanannya ga usah ditanya. Semua ramah2 dan membantu bgt. Prokes jg ketat bgt. seminggu sebelumnya telpon gimana prokes disini. Mereka bilang 2 hari sebelum tamu masuk kamar, kamar tersebut dikosongin dan disinfektan tiap hari. Jujur aku ga ragu sama sekali and trust them with all my heart 😁😁 Sudah 2x nginep disini ga pernah ada minus. Would come back next year krn bakal jd tempat wajib to celebrate our anniversarry here 😁 10000/10 for me

The service is good. the location of this hotel is near when many people want to go to the mall. My family like it when they want to come in. The securities are politely and they would like to welcome us and say greetings to other. However, The price is expensive, so we cost too much money. The bedroom is good because it is luxury. Staying a night with my families for vacation. From check in until check out, the process are fast and the staffs are very friendly. The rooms are clean and the breakfast are satisfying. We even got room upgrades for free and meal complimentary. Really like this hotel and we definitely will come back again.

This hotel is under the same roof management as Marriot. So be expected excellent quality for the excellent value for money. We stayed in Premium Deluxe. It was a pleasant stay. Our room was nice and clean. There are an excellent Bluetooth speaker and alarm beside the bed. So you can play a Spotify playlist wirelessly through your phone. Standard 4-star hotel amenities such as coffee, tea, sugar, and a hot water boiler. The rooms provide a wardrobe that you can use to hang your suit and clothes. There is also a nice mini refrigerator and deposit box. A comprehensive local and subscribed TV selection network is available to watch. The bathroom offers a retractable shower and standard bathroom amenities such as body lotion, conditioner, toothpaste kit, shampoo, etc. A hairdryer is also available. This hotel has two giant pools that are aesthetically exteriorly arranged. Pools depth is around 1.3 meters with a nice curvy poolside rim. The second pool offers a standard rectangular shape for those who like swimming back and forth. They also have a 0.5-meter depth pool for kids and babies. Besides the collection, the other facility is a gym room. However, we have not tried it yet. Our most likely and favorite part of this hotel is the breakfast! The Djaman Doloe Resto and Bar offers one of the best and tastiest breakfasts among other 4-star hotels. They have a wide selection of local cuisine, western and Asian food. We tried their latte coffee, and it was exceptionally delightful. The atmosphere and the interior design were vibrant and aesthetic. We don't have any complaints about the Resto. Additionally, the best of this hotel is the location. You can access the hotel directly from Pakuwon Mall on the Ground level. This access is an excellent value for those who like shopping. We want to stay longer on the next occasion. We recommend this hotel for a staycation for 1 or 2 days.

Very much enjoyed my stay at Four Points. The room is minimalistic and clean. Pillow was just nice, they provided 2 different firmness options to use. The location is very convenient as it is on the mall.

Sheraton is the only hotel that I can sleep through the night. Something in their bed and pillow. Location of 4 points was superb, right beside one of the biggest and newest mall in Surabaya. Buffet breakfast is so good! Especially the local section...
