room window is too small to see anything,only see huge electricity equipments on dirty roof, no views with small window, not look like Ginza...

I would’ve sacrificed location for a better hotel. The air conditioning didn’t work and when I asked the front desk about it, they told me to open the window. No explanation or apology. I also asked them if they could help me call a restaurant to make a reservation and they said they couldn’t do that for me. So then I asked what the proper way to dial the restaurant from my room phone would be and they wrote a number down and said if this doesn’t work then “I don’t know. That’s it.” At that point I realized the kind of hotel I’ve booked and they are fully aware they are a budget hotel and do not have to perform above satisfactory for their guests. Back to the no AC thing— opening the window helps but you got loud, drunk people walking around pretty much nightly until 5am. I spent 600 yen for 2 pairs of earplugs which helped but next time I would definitely just pick a hotel in a less central, quieter location (which would probably be cheaper or about the same) and take the metro more.

Top choice for biz travelers in Giza area, although an obvious aged hotel but not tired. Lots of eateries and bars for nighttime activities

Excellent location, great friendly & helpful front desk staff. Only bad side is some rooms have cigarette smell & because of that I got an upgrade. I won’t mind staying here again & highly recommend to anybody. Sam Kaiser

Old hotel but very good location.. would be better if they had swimming pool & breakfast facilities. Front desk people are very friendly & helpful. Smell of cigarette is the only bad thing I noticed. Still highly recommend.

Extended one more night”
I extended one more night because I got really comfortable in this hotel, my flight was at 12 midnight, i figured that the 7 hours stay was pretty much worth it, vs going to the airport and trying to rest at the airport.

Ahead of its time”
I got worried for booking the hotel after all the reviews about that being it an old hotel. Doors does use keys still but these are still the advanced hotel key with the electric “card” activation for the room lights and electricity. The rooms have also been updated to be clean and like most japan hotels to be efficient and functional. The pillows are the kind that feels like there are coffee beans, but the therapeutic kind so unless you really like your pillows squishy it may be a problem. The television hdmi doesnt work for some reason so I couldnt use my fire stick, which i like using at hotels so i can still sleep through my favorite shows. Hotel customer service is really great, I mistakenly booked smoking but they tried to get me non-smoking which after a day they told me I can stay in my non-smoking room and don’t need to move, i then extended my stay again but the only available booking was a twin bed in Agoda, i paid for it through the app, and at the front desk they moved things around to make sure i dont have to move rooms again (my room was a double bed). Location wise this is perfect going around Ginza, trains going to Shibuya, Roponggi and Akihabara. I love this hotel. Also I think its a historical hotel, i kept seeing Ginza International Hotel in Uniqlo shirts and tote bags. So seems like its been there for quite some time. Im pretty sure when this hotel was built it was ahead of its time, and up until now has been holding its value along with technological advancements.

Within 5 mins walk to JR Rail and Metro Station and just 10 mins to Ginza. Even the hotel is a little bit old, i will revisit this hotel if i go to tokyo again!!

Walking distance to Tsukiji Fishmarket”
We chose this place specifically because it was close to a JR station as well as walking distance to Tsukiji Fishmarket. We always try to get the 5am sushi at the fishmarket and it's often pricey to get a cab. So we walk! It's about 15 min walk. Convenient location, staff is friendly. But this is typical Tokyo hotel... very small! The room is basically the bed and a wardrobe. We didn't really have space to open our large luggages. But we've experienced Japan before and were prepared for the cramped quarters. It's a good hotel for just a few nights stay. I wouldn't stay longer. Beds and pillows are quite hard.

For a short stay in Tokyo Ginza International Hotel was quite comfortable.”
The motel was clean and tidy but the floor we were on smelled of smoke. Unfortunately there were no non-smoking rooms available. The room didn't smell of smoke but the smell was very strong in the hallway. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful and the room was just big enough for the 2 of us.

I really liked the hotel location. The room was a bit small, but it worked well for touring around the city and going back to sleep. Hotel staff were friendly.

A neat hotel with old facilities”
Though the service and cleanness of the hotel is satisfying overall, I have to say the hotel facilities are way too old like they were built more than 30 years ago. The AC was barely working so my room wasn't cool at all. The price is particularly low for a hotel with such good location ( 5 min away from Ginza and Shimbashi station), so don't expect too much in other aspects because there are always some reasons why it is so cheap.
