All ok unless the towel cleanliness
So far all ok unless colour of towel that so not recommended, even its clean we dont see it like that. If you keep the color exist please make the towel keep in laundry plastic to make sure it is really clean so we dont doubt the cleanliness because the color of towel not white but broken white (like very old towel that keep being use)

Location are superb. Cleanliness basically doesn't exist
Rooms are very dirty, suspect it hasn't been cleaned for days. Found a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom. Don't even look at the pool, it's an algae breeding pool. Hotel owner should do random QC. Other than that, it's an Ok 3 star hotel with very strategic location.

Old hotel that needs serious revamp
Location next to Farmhouse, the new "IT" thing in Lembang
Very old hotel that needs complete make over. i need to get my basin fix as it was leaking. The shower head was also badly leaking. Pillow and bedsheet/cover has turned from what i believed used yo be white to a GREY color. Bed was like 20 yo mattress during your grandma era. Blanket was not a duvet but those layered sheet and old mouldy brown blanket in the middle. I can go on an on and on about how bad the hotel condition is. Oh they served us a plate of FROZEN fruit for breakfast, a not fresh veggies in our fried rice and a cordial you called orange juice. The only good thing about this hotel is that is is 5 mins away from the new attraction Farmhouse in Lembang. Other than that i think you better off looking for other place to stay with the same budget, maybe with a better condition hotel. If this hotel can survive another year with this kind of condition??? I wonder.....

Air condition, huge room and the window view
It was ok. Except the toilet was really dirty and not really satisfying so are the bed sheets. The bed sheet seemed not to be changed regularly by the staffs. The food wasnt good as it was not up to standard for a 3* hotel, can be improved. Overall, the atmosphere and scenery from the window was well enough.

Too Noisy and dirty room.
Fast check in, friendly staff although no English, or very little
AC did not work properly. Needed servicing. Opened the doors to stay cool, but hotel is very close to main road and was super noisy. The mirror in the bathroom was filthy! Faucet and basin super dirty. Lots of dirt everywhere. Didn't feel clean at all. Will not stay here again, or recommend this hotel to anyone. I've been living in Indonesia for 3 years, and I have stayed at over 25 hotels in this country. I rarely write a review for any hotel. This place upset me to the point of taking time out to do so. This hotel is NOT a three star hotel. Lunch service took forever, and they had to push the dirty dishes in a plastic bin along the floor to the stairwell going to the kitchen because I suppose they aren't intelligent enough to purchase a cart? Kitchen is downstairs, which makes serving guests difficult. But simple fixes could make the work easier. Kids eating rice in the pool. Who wants to swim in rubbish?

Good and new hotel
Big room, clean and good room, cheap room for 3 stars
It was a great experience. It is a new hotel and a 3 stars hotel. It have a big room for a 3 stars hotel, normally 3 star hotel only have a half of its size. It is located in near lembang and near city as well. So its like in the middle and make it a good spot for hotel. It was good to spend the night after travelling in Lembang and surrounding site visit.
