Nice Almost Slope side hotel
This hotel is very convenient to get to from Vancouver airport or from many places downtown. Vancouver offers bus and shuttle services where you can get dropped at this hotel. So finding this place is easy, even if you drive yourself since both Whistler and Hilton are clearly marked. The hotel feels a bit a old (low ceiling) and color decor. But it is well maintained and generally very clean, so being an older hotel is not an issue for the practical customer. At the main lobby there is a fire place to help warm up customers waiting to register. Very nice and cozy. The staff are friendly and seem to have the answers to your questions at their finger tips, regarding the hotel, village, slopes or buses. The rooms are also nice. Small kitchen, nice size cupboards, bathroom, living room area and fire place. If I had to complain about something, it would be the view. It does not have much of a view since many sides are blocked. This hotel is also near the main whistler gondola and ticket counter, so it is also very convenient.

Anniversary in whistler
Location, Large room, Quiet.
Overall we were very happy and comfortable staying at the Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa. However there are a few very important customer services that needed to be upgraded/improved. I called reception 3-4 days prior to our visit and requested a bottle of champagne as ell as other offers such as flowers, chocolates, etc. They said they would send me an email with the options and prices. The email did not contain the prices or offers of their spa (which is why we went a to a completely different spa and called them ourselves). I filled out the form they sent me, I requested a bottle of champagne, orange juice, and truffles. The day we were to leave for Whistler I received an email telling me they were not able to open the file that I sent them (this file was sent to me I filled it out and sent it back so I don't know why they were unable to open it). So i had to go to the liqour store and grocery store myself to purchase these items. I would also like to add that I did call the concierge to ask for these items but they said they would just send me another form.... I was not willing to this again. They need to improve their website to have the prices of their spa and have an easier way to request items to already be in the room before arrival. Being a four star hotel they need to have better customer service.

Less than satisfying stay
Location; kitchen with fridge ; location
Room was not ready on arrival (we did arrive 50 minutes before check in time)-opted to have a drink in the lobby bar and bar was overtaken by visiting Estonia group who performed song after song leaving my friend and I unable to have any sort of discussion- clearly it was no longer a public bar but a room for the group to host their own event. Staff did nothing to accomodate the rest of the patrons (after commenting on it we did recieve a bottle of wine with comment "sorry for the bar". Housecleaning attemped to clean our room at 8:30am Saturday morning (?!)-we were not ready -but we did leave the room at @10:30am and when we returned at 4pm it was still not serviced and when we requested for it to be cleaned guest services were vague as to whether they would be able to do it (it eventaully was done). Room we were given was for physically disabled- not sure if all rooms set up the same but bathroom counter space was tiny. Room did not come with standard hotel robes (we had to request them to use hot tub); room unequipped with standard iphone docking station; fireplace more to look at as it a real working fireplace with a note that wood has to be ordered if one wants to use it. In the end a lot of money for a hotel that has seen better days.

Good hotel
Clean rooms, location and helpful staff
Nice hotel, large clean rooms with helpful staff. Only issue was that parking was a little pricey at $30 for over night parking

Great location. Good Amenities. Clean.
For $230 per night USD with resort and spa in the title I was expecting just a little luxury but this Hilton didn't hit the mark. Underwhelming hotel overall, dated room and the bar and fold options were a disappointment. Wasn't thrilled staying there sadly.

Right in Whistler village - excellent staff!
Great, friendly staff. Kitchen in rooms. Great bar downstairs and hotel connects right into the village. Super convenient!
