Pleasant Business Hotel”

My Stay was ok. The room was clean an decent. It was the best hotel in Tambun, Bekasi Area. The food is nice and have a variety of choices for 3* in that area. They also provide us with Free snacks, cofee and tea at the lobby. They also have little indoor playground for children. The location in inside the Metland Tambun Area. Theres supermarket, clothing store(pojok busana) anda Solaria. There's also lot of food stall, and others.

You pay what you get for. I decided to stay at the Hom because it was close to Cibitung, or so I thought. It is in such a remote location and poor road network, it took 1.5 hours to travel 5 kilometres every day. I could only stay one night out of the 3 booked. Staff are very friendly and the internet surprisingly quick and stable. Even though hotel is new, the rooms are already run down. Couldnt sleep on budget bed nor noise from outside, had to leave. It was actually quicker to travel back and forth from Sunter to Cibitung, around 30km versus stay at the Home which is so close by.

Stay was good,, price offered by Agoda was good,, cheaper than direct at hotel. Clean ,, but getting to the hotel is a bit tricky,, need to ask local people for direction.

I and my family were staying in this hotel as an emergency as the traffic to Bandung was too bad on Friday 17 Feb 2017. It is not a planned stay. We selected it as it was closed to our area where we faced bad traffic jam in the highway. I don't like the staff' impolite service/comment during the check out. We were taking the breakfast at 9am. almost all food already run out, only 1 plate rice left and small part of chicken. My sons took bread and cereal left with just 1 bowl. Even the porridge bowl was empty at all. Nobody told us that there will be a refill. Once we almost finish, there were a group of people coming for breakfast, then the staff told them to wait as the refill will come. The refill indeed came, but it was late as we almost finish. When we checked out the receptionist said I have to pay for my son's breakfast. I had objection that the breakfast was almost empty. I dont mind to pay if the breakfast is there. The lady said she ordered for refill already, the fact it was not there when we were having our breakfast. Nobody even told us to wait as the refill will be done. I really against her attitude to show her apology that we didn't get best experience during our 1st stay. Very arrogant and impolite to think that we are the customer who always avoid to do our obligation instead to have our rights. This is the 1st and last time I and my family stay there. Not because the hotel quality, but because the attitude of its staff that is very unprofessional.

Best Option in Tambun Area”

I have an appointment in Tambun for several days and i do not want to commute to Bekasi. This is the best option in Tambun said a colleagues. Well, nothing not okay about it except some of non smoking room still has smoke odour left by previous guest.

a nice budget hotel. room was nice and clean with basic amenities all there. toilets were basic and clean. the morning buffet breakfast was good. local food spread. some western breakfast times would be good too. the front desk staff were good and polite. very friendly too. i was stuck in bekasi due to floods in jakarta and they helped me a taxi to go the airport. i only hope they have wireless in the room. they are still stuck with cabled internet connection, wireless is only available in the lobby.

Budget hotel”

dont expect too much from this hotel. basically it is a cheap hotel with the bare minimum for a night or two stay. you basically pay for what you get and if you are really on a budget, this is a great hotel.

basic hotel. clean. no in room facilities.. tea/coffee making, iron etc. dining was adequate. staff were very friendly. no info in room about facilities eg. mealtimes . perfect for short stay. for the price it represents great value.

The room are too small an it feels like dormitory room. Air conditioner not working well. But it's good that the staff are kind and responsive
